The hotel is right in front of the road, there's dust around, there's no greenery to surround it. Around the hotel there's no greenery, just sand, it's very hard to breathe, it's very sticky. The beach at the hotel is very small, it's bare sand, you can only hide from the sun under the hotel itself. It's not fancy at all, considering the price.

Unjustifiably expensive, naked beach

A wonderful hotel - a sea in a couple of steps, clean and cozy rooms, daily cleaning. The beach is clean, there are couchers, you can rent a soap, catamaran or boat. The staff is very responsive, thank you Sabid for the hospitality, we will definitely come to you again!

The best place in Pitsunda.

There's no TV, no sleeping bags, no fan, no soundproofing, the beach is poorly cleaned, the hotel is covered in building materials and garbage.

We stayed for two days at first, but we liked it so much that we stayed. The house by the sea, the clean rooms. The balcony with a nice view. The photos on airbnb do not convey the beauty of the location. There are both small cozy rooms and spacious semi-luxuries. Outside the season (just as we were) the beach is almost wild, few people, no bustle. The sandy beach is rare for this coast. The clear water, even in storms, was great for swimming. There are no strong waves, which is convenient for children to relax. You can rent a saop board nearby, a dainoe, a catamaran. For lovers, there is quite a cafeteria nearby, which you can go to.

Maybe nice rooms, and everything else. We came with a family and a little kid. We settled next door. The sea of windows, mountains, beauty. At 9 p.m. the Armageddon began and lasted until 12 p.m. The second night I studied Abkhaz legislation on silence and noise regulations. The laws are set by the local administration.
