Everything was terrible!!! The behavior of the owner lady was the most shocking thing! The staff had to behave the same way because of her. The breakfast was limited. The room very small, also didn’t change my sheets unless i took them off. Think before you go there!

To avoid

Fortunately, I only stayed one night in this hotel. Frankly, but frankly... nothing goes. I didn't put a star because the geography is good and I think the owners were friendly despite everything and despite being completely unaware of the services offered in Western countries for the prices they pay. In short, either they wake up or they'll quickly put the key under the door. When I say nothing goes... well, how?!

Completely outdated.

We made a reservation by phone 2 weeks before. We closed the reservation and we were contacted by the lady here we spoke on the phone, for another owner of the facility, that everything was fine and the reservation is confirmed. We leave today and an hour before arriving we call to warn of our little retreat. We hear this lady answer very rudely that she doesn't make any reservation for us. After asking for explanations, we say to each other.n I don't care if you find another accommodation and she closed the phone in We are introduced to the facility as well asking for explanations but the lady knocked the room in our face. The Worst of Experiences

I'm a tourist and I'm very disappointed on this places service, behaviour, and overall everything about the rooms. The breakfast food was really bad and we found hair in the food. Rooms were also dirty and we found dust in the bathroom and some dirty pillows and the room also smelt awful.Not only that the staff was awful and very rude. The lady at the reception desk kept behaving rudely and wasnt friendly at all and not correct with the roomg booking .By far the worst experience here in albania

Lovely hotel. Very good place, good parking spot, nearby beach, hotel is almost in the beach, very friendly hosts. Very nice balcony for breakfast with great view. Breakfast is not the best but considering the price of a one night then its great. I will most probably visit this place again next summer. 

Lovely place. 

The room is extremely clean and enjoys a beautiful view of both the sea and the mountain. The room is very nice and the beds have high-quality mattresses that are hardly found in other hotels. The modern bathroom (bidet and cup suspended) has the only neo of not having the shower cabin (water drains to the center of the bathroom). Breakfast is done in the Great terrace on the top floor. Of course it is all shaded and the view is beautiful. In addition to the coffee and cappuccino of excellent quality, you can make the classic international breakfast (All good). The cost of the room seemed a bit high for the Al (85) E, especially given that we were obliged to pay a little more than €65,000 in a cartridge, which would also be a little more than €65,000.

A well-kept hotel in every way

Hotel was great, and the staff was friendly. We were able to get a room with a view of the beach and it was a wonderful thing to wake up to in the morning. Being so close to the beach was also a huge plus.

Hotel was almost empty, the recepsion   gave us rooms with sea view, althought the booked rooms not with sea view. Later on after we unpacked te owner told us we had to lay and extra 5 eur per night. Very unpolite from him. Breakfast was not included in our room price. Every hotel in Dhermi includes breakfast jn room price. Hotel was clean and room was comfortable. Hope they improve to behave.

Not to come back again

The hotel was so hard to find, there were no signs on the way out. The entrance to the parking lot was so bad and so narrow that only a professional could enter. The staff were nice. A room cost 35 euros without breakfast. Our rooms were so small and narrow. The bathroom was also so small that you could sit at the toilet and shower. And while showering the whole bathroom was full of water. I think the price was too expensive for the location and size. Our rooms were also with parking space, there's nothing special. Not to recommend if other options are available.

Price-performance... flop

In general, we left this hotel disappointed. We paid 80 euros to see bad guys, so that we could stay in one room (without any luxury to have that price in Albania) and then be switched to another on the ground floor and overlooking a parking lot, arguing that they had been confused. The breakfast was all the less varied, four things full of fat and no buffet that is what is expected of a hotel at that price. The views from the rooftop, but if it rains, as happened to us, are good while breakfast, literally.
