Small hotel that is convenient to restaurants and major sites. Room was good sized, nice bathroom. Breakfast was quite good. Rooftop bar had lovely views. Hotel has its own van and took us to our bus to Kosovo at a low cost

Fine Hotel in All Ways

Beautiful hotel. The rooftop pool and restaurant is absolutely amazing. My room was large and very comfortable. The women at the receptionist desk are very warm and welcoming. Don't hesitate. Definitely stay here.

Wonderful stay

Warm welcome upon arrival, and appreciated an upgrade to a fantastic room overlooking the city and nearby mountains.  Spotless, with ample touches of luxury.  Breakfast was excellent and had a great conversation with staff who were happy to share stories and perspectives.  Hotel is well-located for easy walks around historical sites, and room was soundproof.  A+

So comfy after a long flight overseas

We stayed two nights here. The hotel arranged a pick up for us from the airport which was very efficiently. We were able to check in early and we were pleased with our room as it was very spacious with a comfortable bed and seating area. We particularly liked the rooftop bar and pool. Although the latter is small it wasn’t busy. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat there but we enjoyed drinking in the bar which was very lively in the evenings. 
Breakfast was excellent- lots of fresh fruit, choices of tea and juices plus pastries, eggs and breads. The coffee machine wasn’t great but we ordered fresh coffee from the waiter which was much better. 
The hotel is well situated and all the main attractions are within easy walking distance. 
My only complaint was the poor caged birds on the stairway - really sad to see them in cramped, tiny cages.

Great hotel with very helpful staff

We had a lovely dinner at Mondial Terrace with my friends , the Hotel is well located and offer a lot of things to do. The staff was very friendly and the cooking was just amaizing. We had also had a tour in the Hotel by the Manager , the rooms were spacoious and confirtable. Next time I will visit Tirana I will stay there.

Great Experience

The standard rooms are big. Room cleaned daily and toiletries and mini bar provided. Breakfast was included in the rate and offered a selection of cereals, fruit, hot items, bakery etc. live  music in the bar on Friday night. Limited English tv channels. Excellent staff always helpful inc making a to go breakfast at 3.30 am.

Good location, great service, value for money price

The hotel is located in a quiet area of Tirana, there are restaurants and shops around it, we asked that they pick us up at the airport and everything was super right. Upon arrival at the hotel el chico que había en ención nos atendió muy bien incluido nos hablo en español, there are several receptionists who speak Spanish. The room we ordered was a double Deluxe, very spacious y bed very comfortable, the right bathroom as well as its cleanliness. Although it needs renovation the furniture of the room. The breakfast is very good and varied. Its restaurant excellent quality/price ratio, the staff very attentive and friendly. recommendable as well as its cafeteria on its terrace. very recommendable Hotel, very recommendable, sure we will return.

We spent two nights in this prestigious hotel, with everything you'd expect from this type of hotel: a spacious, tastefully furnished room, a varied and very good breakfast, caring and efficient staff.

Good-quality hotel near the centre

Very friendly staff and large clean rooms. A small pool on the roof, good for a refreshment. In the evening there is a nice bar. Due to the good location limited parking facilities. The staff is very eager to help, if possible you park right in front of the entrance.
