The reception Naira  speak english amd very friendly,they serve good armenian breakfast and also they offer a very good tours around armenia.the room where im staying was clean and spacious 
I highly recomend this hotel who wants to visit Armenia

Very accomodating and hospitable staff

It's a good private hotel. I liked the unusual design of the room. The main drawback is the location. It's far from the center and the subway. It's pretty problematic to get there by yourself. The second drawback is that Booking.com promised me as a traveling genius a free transfer to the airport as a bonus, but I had to pay for it.

Not bad private hotel.

The first pleasant impression is that the hotel owner Arthur met his guests at the airport. While driving from the airport - a short story about the local attractions.. The room is large, the necessary accessories in the bathroom (shamp, toothbrush, paste, soap, tops) are available, which is also a plus for the resting place. The hotel staff (and the drivers working with Arthur) are very attentive and kind-minded - always ready to help, tell and show.

We came to Yerevan for the engagement and stayed in this hotel. As always, Arthur welcomed us, settled in. Very attentive, constantly asked if we needed anything and was always ready to help. The staff is polite and welcoming. Thanks again to Arthur!!! Let's go to Yerevan to visit.)))

I visited the hotel in July 2015 and stayed for 5 days. First thing can be noticed is that the hotel is alone except the Armenian TV near to it which is good sign if you wanna return by taxi. No supermarket in its area but I was able to walk around 15 minutes to a park then to a supermarket inside a mall called Kaiser mall (in margaryan street). The rooms very clean and the staff very friendly, you can communicate using English.

Hello. The hotel is very cozy and beautiful. The staff is polite, hospitable. The owner of this hotel-Arthur is very kind, a good man and a friend. He understands and helps his guests. He personally helped us find in Yerevan what we needed in our car, at his expense and for his time.

We stayed at this small hotel with our wife, the interior of the room was very pleasing. Everything is clean, cozy and beautiful. It is far from the city center, but you can get to the center by walking routes and cheap taxi (1000 drams or 100 rubles).

I 'd recommend it.

too far and in a bad quarter 
very noise because room just above reception 
bed very bad quality and sheets too short but it seems it is like in armenia
in 3 nights never clean the room
expensive for quality in armenia
and breakfast poor and in a dark room
really if u have a little more money go in an another place
