Hello, we read the reviews 2017 and were a bit worried to invest and manage some of the complex. In 2021. There has been many changes to management and Body corporate, and the complex has forged ahead and recovered well after cyclone Debbie, repairs, upgrades and some new management has commenced. 
Very happy with the complex - Quiet, secure, lovely gardens, tropical pool, good bbq, all neighbours are friendly and decent people and a few are holiday let’s and Airbnb and can see people happy and enjoying their times in the Whitsundays. Small well behaved pets are permitted with approval and many owners walk their pets daily and no noise or issues. 
We have carried out renovations and upgrades to some properties and they are renting very well and have guests staying for all different reasons and loving their spacious apartments and times here. Close to all facilities and I am happy to recommend the complex and its facilities. 
There are some strict normal rules of which I agree with for safety and happiness and to have no issues :- 
Speed limit in the complex for safety and few children about riding bikes and playing. 
No running around the pool 
No glass in the pool area
No alcohol or wild parties near or in pool  
Clean bbq after use and put rubbish in bins 
Parking in allocated spaces only 
No wild Noisy parties and respect all others living conditions 
Clean up any pet poos

Lovely complex - New management and vision 2021. Close to all. Lovely gardens and wonderful pool and good bbq.

We stayed in a privately rented unit for 5 weeks, which had nothing to do with the  onsite managers, but that didn't stop the onsite managers being down right rude and arrogant, no help to anyone at all.
Seem's to be 2 sets of rules at this place. Some could make noise to all hours of the night and be out on verandah's drinking and carrying on, with nothing being said to them. Didn't help either that we happened  have an elephant living about us. And as for the permanents some should learn to pull their heads in also, not just jump to an accusation before finding out the facts. 

Onsite Managers Are A Nightmare

The units are ok - it's the on site manager who ruins your stay 
Wish I had read earlier posts I would not have wasted my money
There is no fun allowed here. The onsite
Manager makes sure if that 
You can't move the pool chairs you cant jump in the pool. You can't have fun. 
She is rude offensive and lacks any decent behavior.  I guess the owners don't care about their investments if they let such a rude woman be the on site manager.  
Worst stay ever won't be back. 
Will return from chilly Melbourne to the lovely whitsunday area. Just won't bother with sailz again 



Stay away it'sTerrible

We only stayed here a couple of nights and was glad to move on. Although the villa was very spacious, it was looking very tired on the maintenance front. The fan in our bedroom only had 1 fast speed which was extremely noisy and one of the mattresses had a spring poking through it. Due to the faulty fan, we plumped for opening the window throughout the night only to be woken up by the noisiest toads on planet earth! They sounded like a mass of lumberjack sawing up tree trunks all night. The tv remote was for a different tv so could not do much except change channel. The couple who run it, were helpful with places to eat, directions and assisting us to secure a boat trip out to the barrier reef. It's not a place I would choose to return to as it was a short drive to the town centre with it's many bars and restaurants and the Sailz had very little around the area. You would think it would be a peaceful retreat being away from town but the noisy toads certainly ensure a quiet night is definitely not on the cards. Glad we only stayed a couple of nights as we would have needed a relaxing holiday to catch up on all the lost sleep we experienced.

Lack of zzzz's at Sailz

Wish I had read the comments before moving here - spot on that Faye, the woman living onsite & running the place is an incredibly intrusive do-gooder (and rude about it!). 

My favourite part about living here are the early morning wake up calls - because she likes to wake up at 6am to do some light gardening, including blasting a leaf-blower and lawn mower right outside your bedroom window almost every single morning, including but not limited to Saturday's and Sunday's. 

Be sure to stay at Sailz if you look forward to your relaxing, tropical whitsunday getaway being ruined by a noisy, nosy woman.

Don't bother

I've been living here with my brother for about 2 years. Nice and quiet, out of Crazy Airlie beach to enjoy good nights sleep but still close enough to enjoy everything the Whitsundays have to offer. The managers, a nice couple, are really friendly. The place has a lovely swimming pool and BBQ area and is walking distance from Whitsunday shopping center and bunnings, child care facilities and a bus stop. Just awesome.
