We stayed here overnight, the staff are very welcoming and the beds where comfortable. Some of the rooms have undercover parking. The view across the countryside is very nice. The rooms are reasonably priced and a continental breakfast is included.

Overnight Stay

Corryong Hotel Motel is a terrific place to stay.  Wendy and Pockets are friendly and accommodating.   It seemed to be very much a family vibe amongst all the staff.  All lovely, friendly people.  We stayed in the middle of the complex, with our own separate parking for our motorcycles.   The rooms have been renovated since we were last there and were tastefully  decorated and very comfortable.  The best nights sleep on that bed!  The bathroom  was still very 70's, but perfectly serviceable and clean.  We were there for Trivia night, and it was a lot of  fun.  Standing room only.   

Terrific place to stay

A great pub under new management, with detached air conditioned living quarters.  

The pub has a spread of facilities, either side of an Iconic bar.  Lounge and deck spreading around the North offering great views of the surrounding mountains and sunsets, pool tables and televisions complete the entertainment package.

Room's very comfortable and complete with a continental breakfast in fridge.

Great pub under new management

If you are looking for a great way to not cook next Christmas.   Corryong Hotel Motel  has the answer and we comes highly recommended.  We had lunch with family in a noteworthy Hotel in  Melbourne  last year and it was very enjoyable but really no comparison. 
Probably not apples for apples due to covid back then but close.

Couple from across the border came and enjoyed Christmas Lunch.

After a long day's drive, arriving here was the perfect end to the day. I declare the steak burger the best I have eaten.  Unfortunately it tumbled off my plate when I was moving to the outdoor seating area, with also arguably the best pub view in Australia. Fellow diners let the kitchen staff know, as I was too embarrassed to say anything. They easily made me another and it tasted as good as it looked. Vale original burger, your replacement was worth the wait. Steak was flavourful and tender, washed down with a Great Northern Zero.

We went here for lunch. The burger I had was mostly crust and crumb and very little chicken. A shame as the rest was good. Very good beer list on tap which drags it up to a 4 with the views. But if it didn’t have this would have been a 2 to 3. I wouldn’t make the trip here again as we found a better pub closer

Slightly above average

Stayed  for 2  nights  while on  a  lockdown road trip. We weren't quite sure what to expect  but  we  were  pleasantly surprised. Staff were friendly and  helpful, rooms  had been renovated, nice mountain  view, breakfast was  provided, clean and we had  a  good  nights  sleep. Rooms were a bit small but  apart  from that we  had an  excellent stay  especially for the price. Definitely recommended

Great  value and a  pleasant  stay

A little disappointed in this place . The rooms were clean and newly renovated. The bed was on a raised platform which was quite dangerous , especially In The middle of the night, very easy to forget there was a step . 
The linen was new but very scratchy and uncomfortable. 
All the money was spent on renovating the bedroom and not the ensuite. It was small, old and looking very tired. Old Black mildew on the tiles which just can’t be removed . 
Dirty coffee cups , I presume not washed from previous guests. On arrival we were promised bread for our breakfast, still waiting for that.  Ended up going into town for breaky 
The resturant was nice but the meals  we’re not. 
Chicken parmigiana was over cooked  and had pizza topping ham  and cheese on top, cold vegetables . 
Would I come back here ,  NO .

Disappointing

This is the 3rd time we have stayed for the Man from Snowy River Festival.
This was by for the best.!
The new owners are just such a wonderful,friendly "accommodating" couple.
Best news...room rates were at normal prices,even though such luxury before had always been increased.Thankyou so much.!
The Bush Poets night was the best of all my 3 visits.A super time was had by all .Sincere thanks for this very well run,Covid friendly evening.
We had a lovely time Saturday night in the pub...busy,happy,great pub grub, excellent service.

Fabulous time at the Bush Festival

A very friendly welcome. Rooms have been partly upgraded. lovely new and fresh linen, on new beds. Flat screen TV and a generous continental breakfast supplied. All you could want really. A nice setting behind the pub which is really great for meals. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay where we felt our custom was appreciated. Highly recommend it
