Stayed over Easter. Comfortable for our family with two teenage children. The lockup garage was a bonus. Only a 5min walk to town and can walk under the bridge so don’t have to cross the very busy princes highway. 
Jetty at back onto mangroves which were teeming with crabs. That’s a good thing :)
Only downside was some loud (thumping bass) music played by neighbours on one day which is par for the course staying in an apartment instead of a hotel. Spaciousness, comfort and proximity to restaurants mean we will stay again when next in Batemans bay.

Great view. Great location. Fantastic apartment. Need we say more? We stayed in number 12 which is at the back, mostly quiet apart from a neighbour who chose to use her food blender at 11pm, and a wonderful view of the creek at your back door. Best place to stay in Batemans Bay, hands down.

Magnificent Apartment.

We found Bluedock Apartments to be the perfect place to stay in Bateman's Bay. The apartment was spotless, and the layout and decor of the apartment was beautiful. The view of the river from both levels was stunning, and the bedroom balcony was the perfect place for evening drinks. It was the most peaceful place we have ever stayed. Check in was seamless and having such a large shopping precinct within easy walking distance made buying fresh food daily a breeze. We cannot wait to come back. Thanks Julie for a fantastic holiday.

A perfect place to relax

Pros:

2 Bedroom apartment that is very central to all the amenities in the Batemans bay area.
Check in / out was simple enough with key drop offs. 
Spacious rooms / living area.
Fully stocked kitchen with more than enough utensils
Own private jetty out the back
Awesome location and launch point for activities around the area
GREAT view of the Clyde river from the front porch. 

Cons:
Apartment could have used abit of a clean
BBQ had cobwebs on it
Some dust webs in the apartment.
On the pricey side

Central location, close to all amenities

Property had not been cleaned properly. BBQ still had grease on it, dishwasher filter was slimy and smelled, sauce on balcony door handles. Dirty pillowslips on spare pillows, hair in bathroom drawers. Floors sticky, microwave and oven both had food residue. When sent pictures and emails staff were abrupt and said they didn't have time to clean apartments top to bottom inbetween guests. Also demanded for someone to inspect it and became annoyed when I said no as I had just got our children to sleep after a long drive.
Spent the first hour of stay cleaning! Was given a complimentary free night by a second staff member, but chose not to take it.  Expected more at over $300 per night.
