Very noisy window rattler air-conditioning that just makes noise and doesn't cool. Noisy squealing children 5.00am. Very little sleep. 
If your room number is higher than 9 the access and parking is terrible.  
Bed okay.  Shower okay. Easy walk to main street for a meal.
Paid way too much for this poor accommodation. I recommend you keep driving.

Thank you so much for a lovely stay. The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, a great shower with excellent water pressure and the little touches like the cereal so much appreciated. Thank you also for your assistance with late check in. Highly recommend!

A great overnight stay

I stayed at Gatton Motel last Saturday night. The room was spacious ( Room 18) and clean, and the bed was super-comfortable. It's an easy walk to shops and restaurants. My only complaint was that I filled out the breakfast menu and dropped it into the box at Reception before 0700 pm, but I never received my breakfast the next morning, and had to go to McDonalds for breakfast, as nothing else was open! Wi fi was good and free. The old air-conditioner was very noisy.

Conveniently located!

The Gatton Motel is located right in the centre of town, next door to a major supermarket, bottle shop and within a short walk of pubs, restaurants and take away food outlets.  It was great to be able to park the car and walk at the end of a day’s travel.
Our room was very well appointed with thought given to a traveller’s every need.  Our hosts were friendly and helpful. 
Gatton is a great regional town, full of places of interest and the Gatton Motel is an ideal base from which to explore the town and the wider Lockyer Valley region.

Well appointed, great attention to detail

Booked on line with no hassles. When I arrived it was late afternoon and checked in. Went to my room. It was clean, fresh and comfortable. Waited for my friend to turn up and went out for dinner. Peta (owner) was very friendly and helpful. I wanted a late check out and that was no problem! I would recommend this motel. Its close to everything in town.

Comfortable Stay

we stayed for one night mid week, friendly greeting with a large, clean and comfortable room. the motel is a minute or 2 walk from the main street, where we had a nice meal and cold dink at the royal. good value and we will stay again.

great motel

This motel is a little dated but it is good for an over night stay.  I had room 12 and it was large.  Lots of space and quite comfortable.  Not only did it have a couch but also 2 kitchen chairs and a small table.  Appreciated the great air con and small bar fridge.  Bathroom was a good size and a good sized shower with great hot water.  It was quiet and the room kept dark (no interfering outside lighting). It is conveniently located near a number of eating and take away places and a Coles is not far down the road.   All round, a comfortable stay. I would stay here again.

Quiet, Clean and Comfortable in a great location.

Stayed there with a large group of friends.  We found the rooms very clean, beds very comfortable.  The owners really nice and accommodating.  We used the barbeque facilities for breakfast (20 of us).  Nothing was too much trouble.  Motel is easily accessible and though the motel is older it is very well maintained.  No complaints and I would stay there again without hesitation.

Great spot

I stay at Gatton Motel frequently on my regular visits to the town. It is a basic motel design but is very good value for money when compared to other accommodation available. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, all staff are friendly and accommodating - a plus at a very busy motel. My trips are usually for business. I recently brought my two grandchildren with me - a bit of a squeeze, but still comfortable & made welcome. My trips are usually as one of a couple but I also stay there alone on occasion.

Clean comfortable welcoming motel close to shops

Stayed here for 3 nights with my elderly parents the rooms were very clean the beds comfortable great pillows fantastic hot showers very friendly owners and staff will definatly stay here again as it is close to everything can highly recommend this lovely quiet motel to any travelers
