This B&B gave us more than a bed to sleep while in Mandurah. It gave us a home, great hospitality and service beyond our expectations. Would recommend this establishment to families , social groups and or couples who want to spend time together. We can only hope to visit again when next we are in Mandurah. Love the dolphins that kept us company.

This is a wonderful property right on the canal-side, with the boat moored at the bottom of the garden. A huge house with an apartment for families on the first floor, and a smaller ground-floor flat, certainly spacious enough for a couple. Breakfast is continental, and there is plenty of fresh fruit, cereals, and spreads; if you want a cooked brekkie, there are places very close at hand. The CBD and all attractions are a short walk over the bridge, but a tour of those canals is a must: with any luck you will, as I did, see dolphins larking about, and you can always gawp at the opulent palaces and boats lining the banks. I have never seen so many Forbes-type dwellings in one place! Terry and Megan are generous with their time, and offered me the canoe to explore the canals; I also appreciated their recommendation for the local Vietnamese restaurant, which I tried twice during my stay, and was impressed by.

Canal of your dreams

We stayed at Dolphin Point for eight days in January and can confidently write that we wished it had been for far longer. It was beyond idyllic, it was Utopia.
Throughout our stay we were made most welcome in superb, faultless surroundings, certainly we could have not asked for more and in every respect it exceeded our wildest expectations.
As a bonus we were invited to their Australia Day celebrations which layered further icing on the cake.
First class - perhaps better than that. We were very sad to leave.

Getting into that room is like entering the world of fairies, everything is perfect, carefully cared for, with a unique passion. The owner is totally dedicated to her customers, makes fresh bread for breakfast every day, puts fresh yogurt, marmalades, fruit juices back in the fridge. On the table every day fresh fruit of every kind and next to the chocolate bed every different day. Changes every day the laundry, the perfect cleaning in every corner, the sheets and bathroom products are of a higher quality even than the larger hotels. And then the place....dives into the residential area of Mandurah, between streets and waterways, between the sea and birds of every kind, two steps from the center, to the total Andarsene. Thank you very much!!!

Perfection

A touch of luxury in the heart of Mandurah. Terry & Megan have thought of everything ... and more! Beautifully furnished, all of the provisions you could possibly want and fantastically maintained (read spotless!). Very conviently located - a short drive or walk from the cafes & restaurants lining the foreshore & an easy walk to the local IGA, bakery etc. A must stay if you are travelling to Mandurah. Terry & Megan most certainly deserve the fabulous reviews.

Luxury in the Heart of Mandurah

I can understand why this great property in this picturesque location gets such great reviews. We stayed in the Apartment and could have just sat on the balcony all day and watched the passing parade of birds, boats and even dolphins, but time was sadly against us.
