Possibly the best beds I’ve seen in a hotel. Clean and well kitted out - but a note, you’ll need to bring everything if you plan to cook. Strange set up as no separate bathroom - just a toilet room and a shower at the end of the bedroom. Huge outdoor area but it overlooks the car park. Fantastic location in terms of being able to walk to restaurants etc. Staff are kind and helpful and self check in brilliant. BUT sound insulation terrible. I could hear next door and room behind me as if the occupants were in the same room as me and could hear their water running when they had showers etc. very annoying if your neighbours lack any courtesy. Hotel staff stuck to do much if it’s late. They even admitted the sound carried in the building. I hope they can fix it. It’s a shame as the rest is truly fantastic.

The whole process to actually get into our room was cumbersome starting with the entry portal on their website which didn't work.  I found the safe key box was difficult to open, so we were very relieved to finally get into the room. After unpacking we received a knock on the door and found a young man who was also booked into our room. Further phone calls which took time finally resolved the issue  The bottom line is that this should not have happened and we will never stay here again !!

Cumbersome process to enter room

What a pleasant surprise when I arrived. Well designed and equipped. Looking forward to the stay. 
However that was short lived because on arrival of others into their units I quickly discovered I could hear others talking, their TV, washing machine/drier due to the very thin walls. 
The bed was very comfortable and I slept well until woken at 0600 by another guest turning on the light in their toilet and doing their business followed by them making breakfast in their kitchen. 
It looks like it was a commercial building that has been made into apartments but no consideration has been made for noise transference. 
There are no windows in the bedroom or toilet/ shower cubicles. On arrival I noticed the fan going in the toilet and thought nothing of it but on turning it off I realised there was a lingering odour which I got used to so that I didn’t have to run the fan all night.

A little disappointing given the cost per night

I guess this is just a case of greed. Tried to sort it out with owner but was just told that the situation was “unfortunate”. Could not recommend this place. The cleanliness of the place was also disappointing. Under furniture was putrid. Apartment is located next to a night club so be prepared to be kept awake until 2am with “doof doof doof” vibrating through the walls. Would have been nice if that had the courtesy to disclose this.

Great escape from the everyday life at home. The apartments are about a 10 minute walk from Langtree Mall. One bedroom apartment is a good size. Everything you need for a getaway. We would recommend and look forward to a 
return visit.


Great escape 

I’ve tried several places now for business so it’s just me. I get here usually late so self check-in is ideal for me. Upon late arrival after driving 5hrs it was great to see a big open living space, clean and fresh facilities and some lights left on and the room heated. It beats the small motel rooms on busier roads. Stayed in 1a and had lots of light and just enjoyed the space to comeback to and relax. I agree it’s not a fully self contained kitchen but I knew that when booking. Will definitely book again if they are available as I regularly visit here and this will be my first preference from now on. Simon

Most comfortable stay I’ve had in Mildura

Location 
Located within walking of Midura shopping area. It it also close to the river but does not have any views.
Unit 
One bedroom unit that is semi self contained. The unit was large, clean and modern but fell short in a few areas. The unit attempted to provide some cooking facilties and crockery to eat from but they were minimal and not sufficent to make a proper meal. Also there was no sink in the area for cooking and eating. This was at the other end of the unit. There was a fridge but it was only a bar fridge.  The actual bedroom had a skylight it it so when daylight the whole room lit up. The main room did have big windows that created a nice outlook.

Bathroom
The bathroom was big and modern. The shower was in the bath. The bath was high and this made it difficult to get into for both the bath and shower. 

Service and Facilities
This was a self check in unit. That was fine and we were aware of this. However the access to the unit is up a large set of stairs with no lift. Also there is only off street parking for 2 of the 4 units. There was plenty of street parking. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within walking distance.

Transport
We drove to Midura and did not use any public Transport. We did notice there was a major train station near the unit and a domestic airport on the edge of the city. 

Value for Money
This was modern large unit that is good value for money but you need to aware of some of the negatives. 

Positives
Large clean and had a separate bedroom. Is close to the main city area. 

Negatives
The unit is only partially self contained that is frustrating. The skykight in bedroom is not a great idea. The unit accessibility is difficult due to the stairs and bath even for fit and healthy people. Off street parking is not adequate for the number of units.

I’m kicking myself for not having stayed here before!!
I travel to Mildura for work fairly regularly and will definitely be staying here from now on.
Beautiful big one bedroom apartment, well equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, everything is lovely and clean (even the wine glasses!!) and there’s a huge big outdoor patio area.

I have stayed in these apartments myself and have been so impressed I regularly book these apartments for travelling colleagues who also love to stay here.   Access is seamless and convenient regardless of the check in or out time.  These apartments are incredibly great value for money and over-deliver on standards based on the ratings.  Highly recommend.

Love these apartments!

Stayed here for 2 nights, the apartment was clean & nicely furnished, bed comfortable.  The bad!  paper thin walls between apartments could hear my fellow travellers conversations clearly.   Our apartment was unit 4 accessed from Langtree av. but our off street parking was from a back street 3 minute walk around the block.  No onsite assistance for  checkin just a key & PIN number on arrival simply not what we expected! so check yr emails, poor for a 4 star stay!
