Stayed in connected suites with our family recently. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout from reception through to the housekeeping staff.  The walk through to Samurai beach takes about 20min , half of which is along sand track which is well used by trail bikes and 4WDs so good to keep small children close. The beach itself is a bit open and is  legal naturist beach and together with the 4WD traffic not a great place to hang out with kids. The park itself is quiet and well maintained. There were only 4 BBQ hotplates but was no problem getting access to one while we were there. The koala tour was quite interesting and were able to see a few sleepy koalas in the trees.. The onsite cafe is good for a morning coffee but otherwise offerings were quite limited. 

The rooms were comfortable, modern and clean and provided a comfortable sleep.  They are equipped with TV which we didn't get around to watching. The kitchenette is very basic with just a fridge, microwave and toaster. There is no hot plate or sink although basins are provided for washing up for a bit of the camping experience .  A little over priced for the quality but still quite comfortable and good to know some of fee is going to help the koalas . All in all family enjoyed ourselves and was a good base for exploring the area.

Everything was Very good , Specially Ali very informative and soft spoken person , pool was great cleaned properly  and room are cleaned well great job by Housekeeping, Location was great to short walk to beach lots of koala , in the middle of night u can see possum in ur front yard . nice breakfast all in order

Excellent

We loved everything about this place. We stayed in the motel style rooms as all the glamping tents were booked. The room was fabulous. Large room, very clean, comfy bed. Really nice touch supplying a very substantial breakfast basket (whole loaf of bread, big tub of yoghurt, lots of juice and milk and condiments). Was pleasantly surprised. The Koala Sanctuary is steps away. The private morning tour (included) had the koalas awake and roaming around, was wonderful to see. Tour guide was also fantastic. Great pool to cool off at the end of the day. 5 min drive into town for dinner. Only negative was the cafe were very very slow and the food was average (I believe run by an external company). Have raved about this place to friends back in Sydney. A real gem!

Fantastic experience!

Simply best of the best. We've stayed in the glamping tent. It was clean, cool, all amenities prepared (and more!!). The pool was really nice, staff were very helpful and welcoming too. Highly highly (yes I wrote it 2x) recommended.

Excellence

Stayed one night in a deluxe glamping tent (#9). This is the only accommodation type I would stay in here as we could spot 5 koalas while sitting on the outdoor deck. Wish we took binoculars. 
Facilities were clean and comfortable - shower was strong and hot. 
Continental breakfast in room - bread/spreads/muesli/yoghurt/milk/juice
Small hamper included - wine/cheese/crackers
 45min tour included in the morning.
Great for a short romantic getaway and although accommodation is a bit pricey happy the $$$ are going to the koala hospital.

Cute one night getaway

My daughter & I recently had the pleasure of staying here for a night.  The studio room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. It was in close proximity to Port Stephens centre if you needed to do shopping  or just to go out for a meal,  When you opened the curtains first thing to look out at the sunrise through the trees was just magical as was the bird life that you see and hear.   Would thoroughly recommend this place and would love to return myself.

Short stop

We really enjoyed our stay, from the bush setting, to the abundance of wildlife, it’s just great. We even got to see some Koalas in the attached Koala Sanctuary, & Donna one of the amazing volunteers stopped to chat, & give us some details as to what they do they do. Will definitely be heading there again soon.

Great Location

This is truely a great caravan park, the setup of powered and unpowered sites very well laid out and surrounded by dense bush yet only 10 minutes walk to a secluded Samurai beach and a short drive away from Anna Bay and Nelson Bay.

The reservation staff and checkin staff were very helpful and a big thumbs up to the man who kept the grounds in good shape, he was friendly always trying to please and point out koalas who inhabited the trees around the campsites.

There are a resident group of kookaburra’s who you must be aware of, because if you leave food out in the open, it will disappear in one of their beaks within minutes.

There is a great swimming pool and spa available to all.

The only thing that brought my rating down from 5 stars to 4 stars was the temporary toilets and showers, they were in poor repair, cramped and not very clean. If the management fixed these with a more modern amenities like many of their competitors have, I would rate Treescape as 5 stars.

Great location surrounded by dense forest and abundant bird life

This  is without doubt the best caravan park I have ever been to, a private beach behind the park. The presentation is without fault, the staff are very helpful, minutes to the beach and other services. Pool and tennis court and people who are glad to help

hidden  grem

I fell in love the Trees. They are huge, diverse, beautiful and surround you. No wonder it's called Treescape. I love nature and I was living right amongst it all.  The walk along the Samurai Beach dunes at sunrise and sunset were magic. 

I stayed in a standard room which was spacious & clean with a large comfortable bed. Bathroom was large, and there was a large mini bar sized fridge, kettle & microwave and dishes.  On site there is a large communal kitchen with 2 separate stoves and sinks and, of course, lots of tables. Plenty of room to cook and mostly enough pans etc.  No wifi but I read.

The bedroom block has a patio in front of it to enjoy sitting quietly enjoying yourself. The rooms and patios are right next to each other with no divide, so to be respectful you need to keep your conversations quiet / minimal - which is perfectly fine as you soak up the atmosphere.   Keep in mind, if you are smoker, your smoke drifts into other people's room windows or right onto your neighbour, when sitting on the patio, so do the right thing and move away from the building. You're on acreage so you can use it freely.

The pool area is clean, large and of an excellent design - plenty of space to swim or to relax on one of the many ledges within the pool. They also have a hot tub that seems to be a magnet for kids. There are 5 comfy outdoor lounge chairs there too. 

The staff are SO friendly, helpful and happy. Such a delight! And any minor concern I had was immediately addressed. They are definitely interested in keeping us happy. 

I'll definitely be back. I love the place and it's so close to Birubi Beach, to Town and to Shopping. A lovely hideaway amongst the trees.
