Spotless, great location and very comfortable. Huge king sized bed with ample pillows. Storage space enough for a few days.  

Great for a family group or smaller as required. We felt right at home here. Covering 3 levels including kitchen, laundry, 2nd bedroom, mezzanine with a large skylight for those who enjoy stargazing or just plenty of light. Can be covered for a better sleep too.
A small balcony offers alfresco for 2 but not accessible. 
Due to proximity of neighbouring properties some noise is inevitable but once the doors are closed its minimised at night.
A short flat walk to the beach & restaurants/town 50m either way although a car may be required for a bigger grocery shop. 

A book library and tour info section outside reception along with comfy seating to assist you while making your choice of the huge range of activities available here. 

The pool is quite large and inviting with some seating and shade. Beach BBQ and patrolled Beach again 50m away if you wish the best of both worlds.
Using as a base we've been very comfortable here and wouldn't hesitate to return.

NB: not suited to wheelchairs or those with difficulty on stairs. (Internal)
Some undercover parking but had some difficulty reversing due to very tight spacing and plants around poles. NOT suited for larger vehicles, modern utes may need to check length. 
No RV but street parking is available close by. 

Kitchen doors are in need of some TLC but otherwise work well.

Very comfortable and it's got the lot

You never really know what you are getting when you reserve a place 10,000 miles away but we lucked out with this place, it was a hidden gem that would have been nice to have stayed at more than one night.  The only drawback is it was on the third floor and they did not have an elevator.  I had to carry 5 suitcases up.  We were on a 77 day vacation so we had a lot of luggage.  There was a very nice restaurant right across the street and we were right in the water so we could look at the ocean from our balcony.  It was cold though which came as a surprise since it was Spring, but we were far South in the Southern Hemisphere.  The room was large, modern, with kitchen facilities.  We did not get there until late afternoon and left early the next morning.  I would definitely recommend people stay here, it was a delightful surprise.

Hidden Gem on the Great Ocean Road

I couldn’t have asked for anymore! Great Villas very comfortable and very clean and well appointed. Amazing pool which exceeded expectations for a property of its size. Excellent location and a great one page guide left explaining everything We needed. Couldn’t fault anything!!

Excellent location- great property!

Our family stayed in a Deluxe Villa and the property was a pure joy! The Villa's were clean, had many amenities for cooking in, spacious and  high value for money! Bruno and Toni were exceptional hosts not only making us feel welcome but also guiding us with restaurant / tour suggestions and that pool! Hard to check out the sites of the area with such a large and amazing pool. Would stay again!

Fantastic home away from home!

Booked into the Coral Sea Villas during school holidays because we needed a break from Melbourne. What a wonderful surprise. Though I did my research the experience was much more than I expected. The owners, Bruno and Toni are so laid back and the location is superb. The villa we had was clean, spacious and we cooked a number of nights which included fresh seafood. Definitely coming back. Thank you Bruno and Toni.

Great location lovely owners

We had a wonderful stay at Coral Sea Villas. The unit had 3 levels, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and en suite, kitchenette, lounge and under cover parking. Toni and Bruno manage the hotel, they made us very welcome, it was a pleasure to stop and pass the time of day, made us feel quite special. Its only a stones throw from 4 Mile Beach, a short walk to the main shopping area and a little further on to the Marina. We would highly recommend this holiday accomodation, we will be planning to go back again in the not so distant future.

A wonderful place to holiday.

I spent 3 months living in this beautiful complex, with a few apartments. I loved it, felt like home. The apartments are big with beautiful fresh balcony, the beds super comfy and it was very clean when their lovely owners handled the keys to us. 
Tony and Bruno, the owners of the property, were very friendly at, respectful, kind helpful. I actually miss them :) 
The pool is just amazing, perfect place to relax after work or at any time.. especially when the beach gets too hot.. and you just need to walk one block from there to get to my apartment..... so good, isn't it? It s also two blocks from the shops and center... perfect location.
If i could put 10 starts as a review i would do it. Loved it! Thanks so much for making me feel like home.

My sweet home

We have just spent 5 days here over Xmas and couldn’t be happier with our stay. 
The 2 bedroom apartment had everything you need. Excellent location waking distances to everything.
Toni and Bruno are amazing hosts who make you feel totally welcome and at home.

Perfect location 

From our friendly greeting from Toni to the perfect location, these villas gave us everything we needed for our 3 night stay in this area; With great accommodation for 2 couples; well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, these villas are a short walk to the town centre. The double glazed windows and covered parking added to the enjoyment. Would highly recommend. Thanks Toni and hope to see you again xx

Perfect in every way 

Stayed here with my family and another.  Very friendly helpful owners who made sure we had everything we needed (including information).  Fantastic pool - surrounded by plants, and a gorgeous spot to be on a hot day, with areas of shade to avoid sunburn. 1 minute walk to beach, and about the same to great coffee and shops.
