Lovely spot!  Tracy is very friendly and accomodating!  The room we stayed in was perfect for our needs. There are lots of options for those who like to BBQ or use the kitchen. The general store is right next door and the beach is close.  Unit was very clean and nice hot water in the shower!

Really loved our stay at Tracy’s holiday unit - a lovely, compact unit with everything you need. Tracy was a wonderful host - extremely friendly and very informative. Thanks again for having us! Would recommend staying here to all!

Lovely stay

What a beautiful place with lovely hosts! 

My husband and I had booked a night in a standard room. Upon arrival we were offered a free upgrade because most of the main units were occupied by a large group and the host wanted to be sure we wouldn’t get disturbed in case they got noisy.  We had a lovely house for ourselves, just 2min from the beach. It was spotless clean and very well equipped. Highly recommend it!!

Can’t recommend it enough!

Tracey was definitely the hostess with the mostest. Nothing was too much trouble for our pet-friendly stay in this unassuming 4 unit-complex just a stones throw from the beautiful Seaforth beach. Spotlessly clean, well-equipped and quiet, with a front patio and comfortable bbq area out the back. Handy convenience store and bottle-o with good opening hours bang next door and only a 10 minute drive to stunning Cape Hillsborough. The term hidden gem maybe gets overused, but not in this case.

Absolutely highly recommended.. place was beautiful and clean.
Thoughtful extras and fabulous staff. 
We had the best time and wanted for nothing..
Fantastic set up… beach across the road and shops next door. Was fabulous weekend.

We stayed at the holiday units we found them to be best for location and the rooms to be very clean and bbq area to be very convenient with everything to be handy.we enjoyed our stay fantastic awesome people the owners and friendly. We loved our 3 night stay here in the upstairs room. Spacious apartment, with separate bedroom and a balcony. Stocked with everything you could possibly want. Everything was immaculately clean (thank you Tracey). The surprise is the fantastic area out the back which is basically a full outdoor kitchen. Even though we had our own facilities we could have used this outdoor area. There are several tables and chairs so you could join in with others or have an area to yourself. We had after dinner drinks there on our own and it was lovely. It was just amazing!
It's only a 15 minute drive to Cape Hillsborough and we saw the kangaroos at dawn plus did many of the walks.
Also loved the walk out to Redcliff Island at Seaforth at low tide. It was more interesting than Wedge Island and had a great view if you climbed up the hill.
Just be very aware of the sandflies at Cape Hillsborough - they are vicious even with insect repellent!
A lot of thought and extra work has gone into little finishing touches on the property. We would highly recommend this gem to anyone.

Top spot with surprise extras

Our family stayed here (2 adults, 2 children) for 3 nights in the upstairs 1 bedroom unit with ensuite. Simple, clean, comfortable accommodation. A double bed and x2 single beds. The unit catches a lovely sea breeze. There is also aircon. TV loaded with lots of movies to choose from.

Nice outdoor area for guests to share (pizza over, bbq, seating). Coin operated washing machine / dryer. 

We couldn’t get wifi to work, but it didn’t bother us. 

Tracy was lovely!! Such a kind and thoughtful person. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable and memorable.

Convenience store right next door. A park and playground and the beach and swimming enclosure only a couple of minutes walk. 

I’d recommend a walk out to Redcliffe Island at low tide. And a trip (just before sunrise) to cape hillsborough to see the kangaroos on the beach. Very special and both a short easy drive.  

Don’t miss Seaforth! It’s definitely worth spending at least a couple of days here. Beautiful sleepy seaside area with so much natural beauty.

I stayed here with my kids on our way back to Cairns from Fraser Island. It was getting late in the day and I found this little gem online, spoke to Tracy on the phone and we were sorted. We didn’t get in til after 8, but nothing was too much trouble for her. The room was immaculately clean, beds were comfortable and the sitting area/ outdoor kitchen out the back just lovely. 

It was only a one night stay, but I’d definitely stay here again when we return in the future to explore the area. Thank you for your hospitality and information on the local area Tracy. 

So accommodating, lovely stay!

We stayed for 1 night to see the kangaroos & wallabies on the beach at Hillsborough (about a 15 minute drive). We stayed in a studio room with QS bed & a single bed, small table, kitchenette, couch & tv. Bathroom is separate from the room but is allocated to your room, ie 4 hotel rooms and 4 bathrooms. The bathrooms are about 10 metres from the rooms. Out the back was the surprise- a large area with tables & chairs and an outdoor kitchen with bbq and pizza oven. We loved sitting out the back to have a drink then cook a barbie. Tracey the owner was very welcoming and helpful. Don’t be put off by the way the hotel looks from the front- the surprise is inside! Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay!
