Swan Hill

Poorly cleaned older studio apartment riddled with mice. Owners didn’t even come inside after we complained. Very disappointed. The park itself was great for kid, lots to do. After paying peak times prices and min 5 nights stay over Easter when the holiday period is only 4 days, not even a refund on days not used

We had an ensuite site, and as it was a 'grassed' site, we were pretty disappointed (as it was very poor....more dirt than grass.  The ensuite was clean but definitely needs to be updated.
All ensuite sites should have a concrete slab or at least the mesh on the ground 
It's a great place for kids and even the big kids as there is a water park.  The air pillow & pool have shade sails.  Also, a games room, playground, and a go cart/track to enjoy 



Great park that could do with some updates 

i stayed here with my 14 year old daughter in one of the apartments and it was so dirty, there were cobwebs in the corner of the rooms, the toilet wasn’t washed and the exhaust fan above the shower was disgusting, i am disappointed considering it was $146 a night.I will never stay there again.

Nice place to enjoy all the activities with kids. Out of town, but very close. Lots of activities for kids (swimming, pedal cart, games room, mini golf etc )Cabins are good. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Clean and well kept property.

Fantastic caravan park.  Set up well for all. Excellent for kids although small one need to be watched with the river.  Amazing kitchen bbq area.  Pool for the summer.   A nice place to visit even in winter.  Manager smart does not put everyone on top of each other spread out while they can.  Very very clean amenities.  Happy to accommodate you with your dog.  Our dog has had a very nice time here.  Nothing negative to add

Winter get away

The 2 of us (older adults) stayed in a studio cabin near the river and swimming pool for 4 nights. It was well set up and spacious enough for 2. The park is within reasonable walking distance of the Pioneer Settlement (well worth a visit!) and town cafes and pubs It was about the same price as a motel room but with much better ambiance. Their café makes a great cappuccino. Swan Hill RSL is worth going to for meals.

Excellent facilities, close to town services and other tourist facilities

This is a great park for families! The family ensuit site was very spacious and convenient for young families.  There was so much for the kids to do, with splash park, pool, jumping pillow, and golf, just to name a few.  Staff were always friendly and very helpful.  Enjoyed our time here, would definitely come again!

Great Family Park

This park is amazing. The owner is always getting around cleaning the place or watering the grass. Always has a friendly wave and smile. The amenities are spotless. It’s close to town. There’s so much to here that there is no reason to leave. Our family loved our time here

A must. An amusement park with accommodation. An oasis, a paradise for kids and parents alike ! You will love it !

We had to cancel a fortnight before attending. Told no refund, however in terms and conditions it only mentions “high season” and later lists peak times as Christmas, Easter and long weekends. Our stay is not during any of these times and from Sunday to Friday. Very disappointed Big 4 member.

We spent 6 nights at swan hill big 4 and had a lovely time. The park was clean and the amenities were well serviced and clean as well. We went to purchase discounted tickets for the pioneer village but the front desk had run out of the type that we were after, the lady and gentleman apologised and gave us a bottle of wine as compensation which was a lovely gesture which we were very grateful for! The kids activities such as the playground, splash park, pool and go karts were a hit with our kids. We stayed on an ensuite site which was very convenient. The only downfall  was that our site was quite a distance from the kids areas and they aren’t quite old enough to go off unsupervised yet and its a small drive into town and down to the river.
Otherwise we were very happy and will book again!
