We have been coming to this caravan park for over 8 years, & have seen many managers come and go. Some great managers, and some not so great, exspecially the present owners. Very very disappointed. The Canteen is Closed. The vending machines are Empty. The pool & water Park use to close at 9pm Now it closes at 7pm. No light bulbs in bedroom. There use to be daily activities for kids. There is none now. There use to be Free pancake mornings. There is none now. Loud music should be toned down at least by 9pm. Movie nites was always exciting & fun for kids, with popcorn, donuts etc. There is none now. Spoke to many guests, and all disappointed.

The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is great. We stayed across multiple cabins with friends for my daughters birthday and all the kids had an amazing time. The heated pool and water slides were awesome 😁

Will be back for sure 

Lovely little cabin, big enough for the whole family. Close to pool and mini golf, lovely atmosphere, staff were very welcoming. The weather was lovely when we were there which made for a very enjoyable stay. 

Definitely will be back! 

Loved this park and the location. Very welcoming staff and great park facilities including a small shop. We enjoyed the bbq and games room. Our unit was quite spacious with everything we needed to make meals. Large fridge and tv  - lots of room to spread out after long drive, comfy bed and extra blanket.

Great value, spacious well fitted out room perfect for road trip travellers

Such a lovely park, the managers have left no stone unturned, theyve thought of everything, even a takeway shop on weekends. The up keep of the park is amazing! Impressed with the up keep of the bbqs! There is so much to do there that my kids didn't actually want to leave the park and explore the area!! That says a lot within itself! We will be back! 

Fantastic experience!!

Very nice park with a great waterpark for all, so much to do with bikes and electric bikes and scooters for hire and an on site takeaway shop.
However over the weekend it did not open.
The resort pool is under construction but there was another shaded pool open.
They had a mobile coffee shop in the park that was a nice bonus for the patrons.
I feel the facilities were adequate and clean but could do with a upgrade.
I did not see any disabled amenities and they could do with a parent’s bathroom with a bath for babies and or little ones.
The waterpark was supervised by staff which was great.
Overall I was impressed with the park

Something for everyone

This is a great family friendly park with large grassy sites, very close to Victor Harbor township for exploring, shopping, eating and all essentials. The park has a good water zone for kids and are in the process of constructing a new large lagoon type pool. Long Weekend had high occupancy however evenings were still noise neutral. Nice friendly staff, clean and well maintained amenities. 

Excellent Family Location

Fantastic place to stay with the kids! A lot for them to do. Very clean facilities and friendly staff. Very helpful and informative. A brilliant waterpark set up. Fun mini golf with fabulous statues and features. Outdoor movies, takeaway hut and so much more. We're going back soon!

Entertainment plus relaxation. Brilliant park.

The Park is OK. 
Our car was written off while parked at victor harbour. We had our dog with us so had to organise for family to pick us up Monday after work. Check out was 10am Monday. We asked if we could store our bags somewhere at the park, the answer was a hard no, then the manager suggested we hire another room for $185 for the 6 hours, I said no then she tried to negotiate a cheaper price for the room. I said no again. 
I will never book there again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone except people who needed a Donga for work. I definitely wouldn't bring your family there, the management has zero compassion or care for you or your propertys wellbeing. 

Next time I'll book at the beach front holiday park for sure.

Bad taste in our mouth

Our trip got off to a bad start when we checked in, we were told previously over the phone that arriving Dec 27th would not be a problem to set our groups up together on the unallocated uncovered sites. On arrival we were told we would have to "just squeeze in" between other tents as everyone had really spread out. A drive around showed lots of people obviously keeping spaces for friends etc as tables etc had been put out to stop us setting up. I would have thought that was something the staff should have been having chats to groups about, rather than leave it up to us to possibly aggravate other campers. Anyway, got set up in a less that ideal spot. Day 2, one of my kids got gastro, staff said it was from the town water but we only drink bottled. Was obviously from the pool as we met at least 10 other families affected, got so bad people were leaving early rather than risk getting it. These things happen, all we asked was that some communication was put out to make sure people washed their hands properly etc, even something just on the toilet doors. But they just kept denying it was anything to do with their park so they wouldn't even put warnings up to keep others safe. The last straw was new years eve, we expected some noise, but a group of 20-30 young people partying next to us until 3.30am was completely unacceptable. We book caravan parks at this time of year to avoid this, every other place we have stayed handles it but staff here didn't seem to card. We called at 1.30 to ask if they could have a word, the guy said he would see what he could do, Ghent didn't even come down. Staff obviously have the bookings and just pass it off as a busy time of year, yet most other places you still get the service. Will never come back here, and doubt we'll ever stay at a "G'day parks" resort again.
