Terrible experience. Will not stay again.
Booked and paid direct at office 2 weeks prioras we were arriving late. Arrangements were made to collect key from key safe. 
We arrived around 9..00 pm to find our room had no towels at all. 
The office was closed but after many unanswered phone calls we received a reply via text message to say go collect a key to another room and shift. This room key was not in key safe. I contacted manager (?) again but received no reply. We were left to work it out for ourselves. 
We had to leave early next morning so no personal contact with staff or management as office does not open until 2 pm. 
Still have not heard from anyone.  No care or concern.
Very unprofessional. 
I would not recommend this motel at all.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The person at reception was more interested in what was happen on his phone then the check-in process. Just handed over the key, no direction on where the room was.  While my room was clean it felt like a cave. Lighting was completely inadequate, the main light seem to be running on the smallest wattage bulb available.   Traffic noise was a constant.
Overall it was not a dreadful experience, but I’d look for an alternative motel next time. 


 Disappointing 

Stayed with my family for a primary school 125 year celebration for 2 nights.

Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

When we arrived the reception was dark and the person behind the desk appeared to be sitting in the dark for some reason.but he processes our booking quickly and efficiently and we were off to our rooms.

The lawn was overgrown across the entire grounds which made the place look untidy, but everything was well cleaned inside.

The aircon in my room “112” was not very effective, but I was able to move my bed underneath it which made it acceptable. It was quite warm both days so without moving the bed the room would have been very hot.

The strength of the shower head was awesome and the temperature made showering a pleasure.

It is sad to see that the restaurant is gone as it used to be one of the best in Gladstone.

Gladstone - 2 day stay

This motel is owned by a young couple who are doing a great job.
They are on the property 24/7 and go out of there way to be helpful and make you feel welcome.

The front rooms can be a little noisy with road traffic.

They are close and walking to a great pub for excellent meals, and walking distance to a wide  of shops in 2 centers.
Give them a go as they are trying really hard and deserve support.

I had an issue with taxis and they helped me out, very thoughtful and kind

Young couple who are doing a great job,

Only two flat pillows and no blanket on the bed.
Right on the main road and constant traffic and sirens.
Sun blazes into the front and gets really hot in the room.
No hand towels or conditioner.
No bottled water.
No cable TV
The spa is cold

We called to check in early and a woman said we could arrive at 1pm. We arrive at 1:45pm and were then told that the lady should not have told us that, could be the wife? and that we can’t check in until 2pm. 

This rooms are very agreed and are not represented as the images in the gallery.

Very misleading

Clean, airy rooms , with great amenities, fuel across the road, the tavern with good options across the road. Smooth check-in with heaps of parking , attached restaurant and swimming pool in the complex

Extremely competitively priced and thanks fully out off the main city, so its peacefully

Well.priced, great parking  , good amenities and great views, and clean , you cannot ask for more , so i will make this myvregilular stop

Clean, well priced and excellent location

Motel is in a convenient location.  All facilities were very clean and well presented.  Staff were very friendly and obliging. As i was travelling with family adjacent rooms were provided. There were no problems with room servicing. The undercover parking outside my room was appreciated when it was storming.  It was the perfect venue for our family.

A very pleasant place to stay

Beds were nice and comfortable, room was nice and spacious and bathroom too, shower had good water pressure. Decent tea, coffee, biscuits, milk, etc and friendly lady at reception. Overall a very good motel for a very good price.

Comfortable beds, very large rooms, good shower

Stayed here for 7 nights over Christmas. Good location, close to shops and hotels. Advertised as serviced rooms but in 7 days, not once was our bed made. Most days, staff would come to the door and ask, do you need tea, coffee or take your rubbish for you. A vacuum, bathroom clean, bed making, maybe clean sheets after a few days would have been nice. Obviously, this what they class as serviced rooms. Have stayed in cheaper accomodation in Gladstone and servicing and breakfast were included. More staff would improve this establishment.

Good location, nice staff but lacking service.

We went to check in but no one there, which if i had checked my phone i would have read were the key was, but when i knocked on the door the Lady came which saved us having a first floor room and we got a ground floor family room instead which was a good size, we really only slept here as we were out most of the time, if we are back in Gladstone I would stay here again.
