We spent 2 nights here! Iselsberg Stronach is high on the mountain  with a great view to the south of the Lienzer Dolomites. The house is at the end of the street with a wildlife garden and it's super quiet! Our room was clean, purposefully furnished but not luxurious... we didn't expect it either! It's more like home! The hostess Katharina does everything and alone... and the food itself was a special experience... because the food was not only vegan, but also gluten-free!! I found the pieces without bread very pleasant and at best I tasted the vegan tartare from rice sauce. The dinners did not taste very good to my man-vegetarianism! Personally I was very happy to celebrate it and thank you very much to my wife and family!

Accommodation somewhat remote, cleanliness worthy of improvement and criticism absolutely undesirable, as the owner shows her true face.

100% clean, never again!

We wanted to try this hotel even though we are not vegan to try a new way of eating. A note of merit was the mandatory menu (there was no possibility of choosing another snack),I think it is very restrictive. As for the room, it was very spacious for three people, with a balcony over a breathtaking view, especially the very large and comfortable bathroom.

It's a nice place. You serve a little less.

The rooms are clean and modern, the view is breathtaking, the location is beautiful on the mountain, absolute peace, the surrounding mountainous landscape is majestic, the vegan cuisine has fascinated me as a non-vegan and made me want more, and the hostess is just lovely.

A Hotel to Visit

I didn't decide to take this opportunity to learn about vegan cuisine because of the vegan offer for the inn, but I was happy to take it. My conclusion: Very exciting, tasty, perfectly served! I'm not going to be a vegan, but I really enjoyed the change! Besides the interesting kitchen, the location in a small cabin above Lienz (good street, easy to find) with a traumatic view of the Lienz Dolomites and the very tasty ambiance of the inn is overwhelming!

Vegan snorkeling class

Very welcoming host! Me and me mom found this place online and decided to try it out. I recommend using a gps to get there as the location of this place isn't very public. The food was amazing and all vegan. Our meal was very thoughtful and tasted fresh so I definitely recommend visiting if you are in the area. Worth a drive and worth a try!

Great Vegan Food

Friendly and welcoming, you will not be a stranger there. Vegan & vegetarian food, sophisticated and yet simple and healthy.
Here you can find more than you will get in ordinary hotels, you will be seen as a unique guest person, not just another item.
There is an amazing mountain view, you can stare at the mighty walls of Lienz Dolomites, watching sun touching the rock with it´s rays of light.

Pampering accommodation with heart and soul

Beautiful place, very nice and clean rooms, heavenly food, great host :) And you can walk in the garden, listen to bee songs and smell the lavender-scented breeze.
We gained strength, peace, joy and wisdom.

Charming place with heavenly food

The hostess is kind and kind as well as an exceptional cook who delighted us with her original culinary creations prepared according to the theory of the five elements and then following a predetermined order in adding the ingredients during the preparation of the dishes. She proposed mainly vegetarian and vegan dishes, but sometimes she also served us with fish in particular the excellent smoked salmon. In any case the products used are always of excellent quality and biological products from the garden that manages autonomously next to the structure.
