We were a family of 4 with friends of 4. Stopped for a week to go skiing.
It was brilliant, rooms clean, warm and beds comfy.
Food was amazing every night, drinks were included in price.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
There was a free taxi to slopes, which was a 5 minute drive. 
Would definatley recommend, I can't recommend it enough.

Amazing!!

We had a nice little hotel. Our room was small, warm, hot water constantly, the bed was very comfortable, the bed was clean, the towels were changed every day. There was no TV and no fridge in the room. We liked the food, we had breakfast and dinner, wine and beer you could pour yourself at the bar, you could leave the money there, everything on trust, poured, recorded from which room you left the money. The location is very convenient, it's easy to get to the ski resorts on the bus. It's generally a hotel for those who don't want to sit there all the time, just to relax from active rest.

A good hostel

Comfortable hotel suitable for mountain rest. Nice facilities including a very beautiful indoor swimming pool overlooking the alpine and forest. Very spacious room with balcony and decorated in a contemporary way.

Modern hotel in a bucolic mountain site

We arrived there guided by the excellent price offered for our room and breakfast. We did not expect much, but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are not big, but the bed was comfortable. From the room you can directly access a beautiful terrace decorated with flowers and overlooking the river and mountains. The breakfast was not luxurious, but so complete and tasty. We were welcomed by a young couple and were very kind, friendly and willing to help us with anything.

Encantador is the name of the game.

We stayed over New Year for a week for the second year in a row. Our first visit was not bad and the hotel is pretty good value and flexible on dates so we returned again. Unfortunately on our most recent week here the owner was incredibly rude to us and really ruined the experience. He shouted at us in the bar in front of all the other guests. Almost like Fawlty Towers! This was when we asked for an itemised bar bill the night before we left (which we paid, we just wanted to check it and split it amongst our party) and complained about the shower in one family room didn't work properly, it kept running to cold after 10 seconds of hot - not good after skiing in the cold with young children - and they didn't seem to care about it and didn't try to fix it. Whilst pretty good value the hotel is old fashioned in furnishings and therefore not especially comfortable. The rooms are dark, hard wooden furniture and other than the grown up bar there isn't anywhere for a family to chill out. The family who own it are Hungarian and the food was ok, nothing special, Hungarian home-cooked style. Not enough fresh veg. Whilst the head of the family was very rude to us as mentioned the younger man (his son) who runs the bar was extremely friendly as were other members of the family. One other plus point is that they were very friendly towards our children.

Disappointing although not bad value.

We spent recent sommer vacation (5 days, 2 families with kids) at Family Bobek's Hotel which we enjoyed a lot! 
The hotel is perfectly located, the village is super cute, there are many activities available including a little zoo, a nice lake, a beautiful wild park, and a great open bath (Aubad) - we had to go there every day, the kids enjoyed a lot, simply we did not manage to discover all exciting spots, definitely we will return.
The hotel is nice, clean and very friendly, the owners take special care of the guests. The food is delicious, all of us, kids and parents ate up everything :-)
It was a very nice holiday!

Lovely place to stay!

A warm welcome awaits you at Hotel Sonnwend. Excellent location only a short 5 min free bus ride to the resorts main ski lifts. Guests can enjoy the local Swimming pool / outside hot pool and sauna village for free located only 200metres away. The hotel has a river right in front of the hotel which enhances this hotels special location. Resort centre only a 2 minute walk away. Ideal for solo travellers, families and groups. For the best price book direct with the hotel. I will be coming back  !!
