Positive: -the breakfast was relatively good -the pool is nice, the living room is pleasantly warm Not liked: -the rooms are extremely crowded, the carpet floor is disgusting, it stank (as if jmd smelled the day before), it was crazy hot (heating is irregular), the mattress was stretched out, not even the beds were made (the room was cleaned yesterday) - neither in the room nor in the living room the TV simply worked, in the entrance area of Hungarian TV -WLAN once, though not at all - the bar should be open from 8:00 to 22:00, neither we have a coffee at 11:00 on arrival, nor are we suffering from an after-dinner after 21:00 - the mattress was not even made (The room was cleaned yesterday) - in the room, nor in the living room the TV simply worked, in the entrance area of Hungarian TV -WLAN once, although not at all - the bar was ok, we have to stay in the hotel, but we are not allowed to have a drink at the end of the evening - the after-dinner after-dinner

I've rarely been so dissatisfied.

Breakfast: Not enough cakes, not enough delivery, when you ask for bread, you get the statement: bread is out, eat toast. Only a coffee machine, so long queues. Breakfast from 8am is much too late, with children the shuttle bus - which runs at 9:05am - is hardly reachable. When you ask for earlier breakfast times you get the statement: you can run a hotel yourself. Evening buffet: partially undefined, hot meals, you leave the buffet staff supervising this guest and their children. As a result, the standard of fast food is in short order unappetizing and untenable. Instead of the rooms being heated, you get the statement: you can run a hotel yourself. Not recommended

We booked this hotel for one night - a short vacation. The price was tempting. 200€ in the four-bedroom, 2Erw, 2Ki, with breakfast and dinner. With pool, sauna, skis, accommodation/play area. Not far from the elevator. Nowadays - where do you get so many services for this price? However - you have to be clear...you get what you pay for. Sufficient, for 1-2 nights. Breakfast was the usual offer, coffee, tea, o-sa, snacks, sausages, sausages, snacks, snacks, drinks.

Enough, okay, don't expect too much

There are not only negatives to write about the BS-Ötzcher Hotel. - It is really cheap. We (2 adults, 2 not very small children) have paid for two double rooms including half-board for one night. - The situation is very nice with a view to the Ötzcher. - Basically it was clean in the hotel. - The staff (from Hungary) were quite friendly and the German language (at least partly) powerful. - Flat TV with many channels (but without ORF, ATV - that is, those channels for which you broke the ORF-K) - Breakfast is fine.

Cheap hotel, quality at the price

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with 5 adults and one baby. The room was perfect for us. We only missed a microwave to warm up the baby food, but the staff in the kitchen helped us every time with it. 
The breakfast and the dinner were fine, they even baked a cake for my father's 60th birthday. Again thank you for that :)
If we go to Lackenhoff again we will definitely stay at BS Ötscher Hotel. 

Ski trip with 10 months old baby

This hotel is a disaster, rooms were dirty, lots of them didn't go.Light windows. If you don't speak Hungarian you have a problem. Staff very bored and unfriendly. Breakfast a nightmare, dinner even more. Never again.!!!!!

Short vacation

I was skiing with my three children for the first time. I was skiing on the slope during the day, swimming in the afternoon/evening - the children were busy all the time and the TV was silent:-) Food was good and abundant with Hungarian impact, staff worked extremely hard (forgot shoes that were sent to me without any problems) and the situation is good. Not far from the slope (even if I would choose a car or the regularly travelling ski bus with equipment).

Price performance is TOP!

A hotel on the Ötscherwiese. The rooms are clean, the bathroom and the sauna are very well maintained. Breakfast and dinner are served via buffet and is well equipped. The quality is right. Very hospitable and helpful staff.

Short skiing holiday

Hi there,
I spent a couple days in this hotel in Lackenhof, and we had a great time with my friends! The location is gorgeous you can go for a long walk in the mountains and also skiing which is really nice! The hotel is comfortable and very clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly they can give you a lot of information where to go or so.
I am a vegetarian and I got a really nice dinner every time! I also like eating healty and it wasn't a problem at all to get healty food for breakfast and for dinner. 
My friends were also happy cos they got homemade cookies and rolls for breakfast! The service is excellent!!
I am planning to go back there next year!

Great times, good location, excellent service!!

The only positive thing what can be said is the location of the hotel - it is close to the hills which are really good. 
On the other hand the whole hotel is awful. The staff is really bored (except one man), they are not really helpful. The food is really poor - no vegetables at all at breakfast, only a couple of bread and meat available. There is a choice at lunch but the quality of the food is not too good and it has not too much taste.
The room is clean, but it has to be refurbished since it was done in the 60's or 70's, the carpet is old and there as stains which will be there for ever. There was a bin for glasses in the corridor and for 4 days it wasn't emptied.
I have expected more to the money I had to pay. I would never go back.
