Excellent location, far enough out from center but an easy walk and in a good location with a garden and all the necessary amenities. Marco and his mother are super kind and accommodating. Highly recommend

Highly recommend

The hosts are really super friendly! Very helpful with many friendly tips and at the same time absolutely impenetrable. We had a large apartment in the attic. The apartment is very well maintained and very clean. The furnishings are in the modern Tyrol style. What I like about it very well: the apartment is fully equipped (in the kitchen everything you need is available, washing machine tabs, fresh washing brushes... as well as in the bathroom over a fountain, to the cleaning product) Besides, the bath towels and wipes are changed very regularly. We have topped out with a small son and may even have the sleigh, a travel bed etc. We can recommend and feel great here!

Very friendly host in a top-notch accommodation

Here price & performance are really right. Very nice apartment with all the comforts. Parking at the house, balcony to the southeast - sunny breakfast. Only skiing in/skiing out doesn't really fit. Even with proper snow it wouldn't have been anything. There you have to walk a bit - the driveway then goes up to 150 m to the house. Quiet location - to shop you have to walk down for 10 minutes - sleep with the window tipped off possible. Prima conversations with the landlord - we liked it very much.

Skiing holidays with a very nice FeWo

Apartment in good position to reach the center in 15 minutes. well equipped and very clean. In the kitchen there is also a small dishwasher. Refrigerator without freezer. Lack of taxes or dark curtains. Comfortable bed but uncomfortable pillows. The bathroom is located in the room, the toilet in a separate lounge while the shower, very large, is accessed from the bedroom. Very courteous the owner, available to provide information about possible excursions in the area.

Apartment Asten (for two people)

Haus Schatz is in a great location, around a 5 minute walk in to Kitzbuhel centre across a lovely meadow.  Its position on the hill makes for superb views, ideal for enjoying your breakfast outside in the sun.  They also have a nice garden that you can use. Our apartment was a great size and had everything we needed including an excellent shower!  It was also extremely clean and well presented.

Marco and his family were brilliant hosts.  We arrived early and that was no problem at all, he welcomed us, giving us a tour of the apartment and then lots of advice about things to do locally. He gave us his personal number in case we needed anything.  We spoke to Marco and his family on a daily basis as we came and went from the apartment, they were always kind and interested to hear what he had planned or had done that day.  They were in no way imposing.

I'd highly recommend an apartment at Haus Schatz for a stay in Kitzbuhel! 

Great apartment, lovely hosts!

We stayed in one of the apartments (Hornblick) for Christmas and new year. The apartment was lovely. It was vey clean modern and comfortable. Its big enough for a holiday let and everything we needed was available in the kitchen . The bedrooms were very comfortable with lots of storage and the bathroom was spacious and modern.
The apartment is owned by a lovely family who very kindly gave us a large bottle of prosecco for New Years eve - a really nice gesture. Also they were keen to see if we were fine each day and gave useful suggestions regarding the local area.
The only negative is that the apartment is a good walk up a hill from the town. 
Yet on a positive note the location is residential and very quiet. If the snow is good it is possible to ski back to the apartment and the 360 degree view of the fireworks from the window seat on New Years eve was fantastic.

Lovely apartment

We rented the top apartment for almost 3 consecutive weeks with our 2 kids in summertime.  The apartment looks quite classy and neat and offers a lot of space to hang your clothes.  We were very pleasantly surprised by pretty much all aspects of the apartment and its location except for the slight lack of space inside the apartment for sorting out the trash “Austrian style” considering that it would require at least 6 separate containers to do it right.

The apartment is located 5 minutes’ walk away from the ski lifts and city centre which we considered a definite plus as far as summertime is concerned.  This makes the view from the balcony absolutely gorgeous and gives you peace, quiet and air more breathable than in downtown Kitzbühl.  The footpath which takes you downtown is very pleasant and allows you to avoid most streets and thus, kids can run freely most of the way.

The Kitzbühl area is very beautiful and busy enough in summer to offer a family with young kids many alternatives (easy treks, pools, lakes, tree climbing, riding poneys, downtown events, dining in restaurants overlooking the valley, etc.).

The owners speak English and are very thoughtful and friendly.  They took very good care of us and regularly made sure we had clean towels and sheets.  They were glad to let us borrow some mustard when we asked.  We felt they were always ready to help out and were happy to recommend sites and things to do in the area.  In short, we had a very comfortable stay and we definitely recommend the Haus Schatz.

Very comfortable & friendly: great!!

Nice view flat, well equipped and quite spacious. 
The flat is near the town but located on the hill, so If you are not young (like my mother)  it is not easy walking from town center.

The owner has tried to be warm, ,and even lend us a ski sun glasses, however she comes every day to check the status of the appartment, we couldn't use the oven since it is too much time to clean it...and the peak was..When she found that we damage by mistake a plastic cutting board, she run to buy a new charge us 40 euros!!! For a plastic cutting board, My explanation that it is too much for such product didn't help. It is the first time it happens to me in all my visits in tens of rental houses! I
