We spent there a 6 nights and everything was very good. Owners are very polite and friendly. There are 3 apartments and all are well-equipped. Just few minutes away there is a ski slope, which was in our time not working any more because of lack of snow. But Nassfeld is 20 minutes is away which was a very good replacement for Kötschach-Mauthen. Also, Aquarena was opened, and we were able to have fun in swimming pools. Maybe we return someday, and we will have good time again.

Excellent place

The apartment was better than the photos, all new and clean. Even though it was a basement, the house was in excellent condition and it looked newly furnished. Super comfortable shower and super available owner. They speak English and are very kind.

Cleanliness and courtesy

Excellent! The apartment was perfect for us (2 adults and 1 child), the view from the balcony, just genius, plenty of space and very clean! The location is perfect, quiet for us (our child could play and we didn't have to pay attention to the cars) and yet we were at every store in 10 minutes' walk (Spar, Lidl and Billa). Also the swimming pool and the elevators are within 10 minutes' walk. Big plus for us was also the daily fresh bread service, changing towels and bathrooms (you could easily do it yourself) and that was all, really everything available (toilet tapes, toilet paper,.....) anytime!

The perfect winter vacation

We really liked the apartment. The size, furnishings and cleanliness were the finest. From the balcony there was a wonderful view of the mountains. The apartment was super - enough for the three of us. We especially liked the nice and family atmosphere. We got to know each other well at a coffee drink in the garden with all the guests. In conclusion: We are happy to come back and can definitely recommend the Sabine apartment house. Family from East Korbach, Hesse.

A nice family vacation in Kötschach

We stayed here with some family that were visiting us from the States. It was a very nice house, and had everything we needed, and if we couldn't find it, Sabine found it for us. She was very helpful and inviting. I can't say much about the area, as it was the Christmas holiday and everything was mostly closed. We had a kitchen, so we were fine. We were about a 20 minute drive from Nassfeld ski resort, which is top notch skiing. There is a very small ski area about 10 minute walk from Sabine. It is extremely small, but it was good sledding for the kids. I imagine that the area is very convenient when things are open, and the downtown area looked pretty nice, tho deserted for Christmas. Sabine even gave us a "present" when we left.

Nice quiet Christmas

The apartment was great - the room division, the size, the bathroom, the view and the cleanliness! We were there in the summer, a great starting point for hiking. Restaurants in the immediate vicinity, as well as shops. The perfect vacation!

Beautiful and Family-Friendly Home

I only stayed one night at the property. Points down: very wet room located in the basement so with a kind of well-lit window. The location of the house was defiled compared to the country. Points down: the price of the room (about 25 Euro). The room was clean and seemed to be new. In Austria many families are fitting rooms, so there is a lot of competition. I was tempted by a booking offer, however with a little more I would take a hotel with rooms with windows since the nature there is really exceptional.
