Beautiful place with amazing views of the mountains covered in snow. My parents had a wonderful time there. Very friendly owners who provided very personalised service. They made my parents’ experience very unforgettable. Definitely worth staying!

Unforgettable views and wonderful people

Such a wonderful, authentic place. Very nice hosts, and a clean and spacy room. The breakfast was also lovely. A place I would love to visit again. Beautiful surroundings as well. The wooden interior is home made on the spot by the host and adds just that special touch.

Fantastic place to stay

We used the last few days of summer to take a short vacation to the foothills of the Alps and picked the highest elevation because we were hoping to find mushrooms in the area. We took the only holiday apartment, called Family Home, with a large room with a table and a comfortable double bed and a small well-equipped kitchen line. In another room there are two floors of beds for four more people or children. The balcony is very small and the view is rather limited, not suitable for eating outdoors. But we didn't want that at all. There are three more rooms, two with a nice balcony, but without a kitchen. Each room is individually furnished and very stylish. We had our holiday apartment also with a very nice breakfast and we were very happy to have a nice hostess and then we just wanted to come back and help, and then we felt happy and happy to have a nice hostess and help us.

It feels good here.

Really secluded, perfect. 4 different room themes all equipped with really good taste. Modern tradition with very residential character - top. Helmel family are all very attentive hosts. Very very family friendly and over-the-top helpful. Food is excellent.

Relaxation and Rest - Perfect

Fantastic hotel with beautiful view. Nothing around just the nature. I really loved it. Room was very nice, clean and with balkony and view to the mountains.
Breakfast was enough and because there was no any guests I was satisfied. I can imagine when hotel is full that breakfast will be much more better and bigger.
Highly recommended.
Room above restaurant was quit noisy. Nobody speaks english. I missed music TV channel in TV and paper tissue in the room :-)
As you can see nothing really important to complain :-)

Weekend in Otscher mountains

A really nice accommodation. Greatly renovated, very nice rooms with balcony and a sensational view. The housekeeper is a really very nice woman and very hospitable. In the evening, despite the rest day, we still get a very good house wine. A very varied and varied breakfast buffet with good coffee. Priced for that view more than acceptable. Perfect for a night or longer, we'll definitely be back.

It's nice.

Each room in its own style/theme, new and clean. Affordable. Unfortunately, the reservation was forgotten (reservation was delayed, but for 4 rooms!!) Service weaknesses further at dinner and breakfast (e.g. ordered a second coffee, the cup was dropped off and served in the same cup)

Recreation on the Mountain

In the middle of the green with a view of the likes of its addiction, there are four stalls in the house, very far away, without eye or ear contact to a street and cars. We lived in the bear cave for one night and felt truly fertile.

Small, fine and soooooo quiet

It's a quiet place at 600 meters, nice, friendly landlords, the lake is one of the quietest, cleanest and most natural in Austria.

Recreation in pure nature

Everything was OK, the room and the building are in perfect condition and nicely refurbished. Beautiful panoramic view to the mountains, silent place, nice staff.
Absoultely recommendable!
P.S. I do not know how to go there in winter ... ;o)
