For many years now, we have been among the guests of the Thalerhofes in the Stubaital, run by dedication and love. With great anticipation we start our holiday every time at the Thaler family home, because we can count on the reliability of a comfortable room, a romantic and very well-groomed outdoor area and numerous pleasures. The warm welcome and very personal care are exceptional. The small number of guests at the hotel and especially in the guest room guarantee a stress-free delight such as dinner. We are very experienced and enjoy the high-quality, varied kitchens as well as the well-sorted weather maps. We are very grateful for the warmth and relaxation of those who are in the Thalerhoof, and we are already looking for a loose atmosphere in the original Thalerhoof, which is the home of Mary May, for whom we have been very happy to visit.

Enchanting location, very kind staff and full of attention to guests, delicious cuisine (well above the local average) gift breakfasts...everything you can wish for from a vacation is locked in this place! We will definitely be back!

A dream of vacation

After a great disappointment at the neighbouring Gourmet Hotel Oberhofer, we are now in the second year here. For little money, we have everything that makes us happy here: a friendly host, a beautiful log cabin, a four-course dinner every night that meets the highest standards and makes us long for the evening every day, a very good little wine ticket, a beautiful decoration throughout the house, a very well-groomed garden, a cozy dining room, a wonderful valley view... A sauna would be nice, but now there is the new experience bath in the village.

The Best in the Stage

Positive: Nice guesthouse, well-maintained rooms with great views over the valley. Whoever values good food is right here, as there is a delicious four-course menu every night. Negative: Abdenance must always be eaten at 19 o'clock, guests' needs are not met. No drinks despite half-pension, including a bottle of beer costs 4 euros, a small cup of coffee 2.50 etc. So overpriced for a pension.

Nice boarding house, top menu in the evening, but unfortunately, overall only satisfying!

We were thrilled with the accommodation. The price-performance is very good. The food is an upscale kitchen for people who value quality and can do without Schnitzel XXL. Our room was newly renovated.

Nice host - good cuisine

Really a great little hotel. As you can see from the photos, the location and the driveway are misleading. Especially for skiing, a great starting point towards Stubaian glaciers. Superfoods, a great but small wine ticket, very attentive guests. SUPER. The only point of criticism are the bathrooms that are in need of some renovation. But that's a very high-level complaint!

Hidden gem

On our return trip from Italy, we stayed in Thalerhof for four more days and we are happy to have booked this small, cozy hotel. An absolutely superb location with fantastic mountain views, a fantastic garden, very spacious rooms, a great breakfast buffet and an extraordinary and creative extra menu (earned a *star*) have contributed to an unforgettable stay. Many and we will see you again!

What more do you want?

We booked a room last minute and we were lucky to find such a good spot just a night before arrival. Service was good and efficient, the room was spacious and clean and had a great view of the valley. The breakfast was good and overall the place was setup very well for skiers. Schick 2000 lifts are just 6 min drive away.
