Inntalerhof and their staff fully lived up to our expectations. Nice and clean rooms, super food and friendly and helpfull personal. Good value for money and would recomend it for everyone how would accept that it is not ski-in and out.

Super gasthof

We spent the winter of 2015 in the Inntalerhof and felt very comfortable there. However, it was more of a boarding house and/or hiking holiday than a hotel, as described. This is sometimes noticed in the facilities. The rooms, for example, are convenient, but very old. Especially the standard rooms could be upgraded a little with little means (white instead of washed colorful bedding, new bathtubs, etc.) for a ski and/or hiking holiday. What bothered us was the half-boarding system. We had to make them compulsory and have a three-minute very nice menu. The meals were always at a very high level, unfortunately very tasty and not available for 3 days.

Good with cutting

Just back from a fantastic winter holiday skiing in Fiss and stayed here with family. We were in three first floor rooms (which are ideal if you have young kids like us). Rooms are good sized & beds comfy. Hotel is well maintained and very clean, daily room cleaning was excellent.

Breakfast is standard Austrian style, simple but good quality, evening meal was chosen from two choices the night before. The food really was excellent every night. The waiting staff are very friendly and helpful although basic German will help make your stay go well. Watch out for the local schnapps as it is very drinkable...prices at the bar are also very reasonable for pre and post dinner drinks. Bar shuts at about 9.30 roughly.

The village of Tosens is very small however it has a small supermarket. It is about 20-30 minutes from the Fiss-Serfaus ski area in the morning (up 12 hairpin bends!). Plenty of parking outside the hotel as well.

We really enjoyed staying here - the staff made you feel very welcome and the rooms were great. We found the travelling to and from Fiss to ski easy enough. Thoroughly recommend this hotel to any skiing families.

Super ski hotel

We stayed here and wished we had stayed in the gasthof Wildermann. There was no promised pool ticket and whilst the rooms were ok, wifi was not good and breakfast was just ok....admittedly we were late but no one expects the coffee to be already on the table when you are not there. Despite saying on the sign that there was a pizzeria, there was not, only a set menu. Maybe this is just a winter hotel.

Promised more than it delivered

We stayed in December 2013/2014 for 5 nights with 6 people in our courtyard. The hotel was easy to get to as you can see it from the main street. The check-in was friendly& fast, everything you need to know was explained. The rooms: The hotel has older and newly renovated hotel rooms. We were lucky enough to get a new one, it was very spacious and well furnished, it is directly via a flat screen & access to a large balcony. The bathroom is also newly renovated and has a shower area. Room service: very thorough & clean!! Breakfast served: the breakfast was held in an extra large adjacent room where only guests can get to breakfast, every group of family/packing had a similar service. Unfortunately, we had a quick service at our main restaurant & served a different service. The hotel was served on the same day.

Great days.

We also spent 3 nights in the Inntalerhof in March 2013. The house is run by the Steiner family with a lot of love. The house includes a restaurant and a pizza service (only pickup). Breakfast and dinner are not held in the restaurant but in a separate room. When we were there, the house was packed and the room was often very noisy. There are many smaller groups there. Breakfast: Everything was there except mirrors and cereal. Three minutes of eggs. But you have to be at the breakfast area very early to have the full selection. Otherwise the usual standard. Fruit juice is also served.
