The beach and water area at the beach bar are frequented by a very large number of dog owners. According to the sign the dogs should always be on their toes and not allowed in the water. Unfortunately, no one follows this. Those who do not have a dog themselves find it unhygienic to go swimming with strangers. Unfortunately, the staff do not care about it. The beds cost 10€ a day, unfortunately many are defective. The location is beautiful and the beach area is manageable. The beach area lacks shower. The area with the holiday homes looks nice but already inhabited.

Love this place - been there twice in past 2 months. Not cheap, but if you fill up one of their "apppartments" then you can sleep 4 downstairs in 2 rooms easily. Nicely equipped kitchen with dishwasher and nespresso (bring your own if you don't want to pay more for them) and fridge. You look out onto the waterfront of the estuary, sandy banks for playing, climbing frames and zip line for kids, 3 restaurants within 4 mins. You can rent paddle boards locally and everything else (sailing boats etc) from Kreindl just 5 mins away. 

The only downside is the internet which is poor. I complained to reception and they said "it's just been redone". Well, it ain't working... tried to do some business this morning and could not log in to get my mails. "well, no, we don't have BUSINESS Internet, of course, this is for holidays"... you get the idea? But that's the only gripe - will come again.

Wonderful Oasis of calm

The hotel is very nice, the room was clean and big. There is also a parking space for each room. It is a really nice area and it is also quiet there. Restaurant Fritz is also not far away.:). Can only recommend!

It's a great hotel.

It's a positive thing to mention the dreamlike-idyllic environment. The staff is very hardworking and friendly. Unfortunately, this can't outweigh the condition of the bungalows; as so often in this area since it was built a few decades ago, it hasn't been adequately adapted to the demands. We were in a bungalow with four friends together and I found it uncomfortable that the bathroom wasn't completely bound to the bathroom, but just overhead to the ceiling is connected to the bathroom.

Not exactly timely

The apartment and the staff are nice and friendly, but there's a lot of trouble. The mattresses are the cheapest thing there is and hard like a board, there's no air conditioning and the wire is working very slowly. The idea with the numbered parking lots is good. Although many families here with children are loud in the evening until after 10:00 p.m. Delivery of the cake for breakfast works very well. The mattress has too little shade and too few beds and umbrellas if you don't want to be out in the sun. There's only one place in the building called the blue goose, a typical chicki-micki place with terrible prices. For kids, even busy kids and expensive food, there's nothing in the area that's perfectly suitable. But the only thing that's perfectly fine and not always good is the food.

It's disappointing.

The hotel village is actually the ideal holiday destination for families. The prices are reasonable. The apartments are clean and spacious. The smaller ones on the ground floor have direct access to the hostel of the facility, the larger ones are on the first floor. The hostel offers a small playground for children and is located on a side arm of the New Zealand lake where you can swim magnificently.

Holidays with children

Been there the second year, peaceful, back to basics, we were in the seepark villas, upstairs. This is a review of the entire package  there are things here and there that could be improved, but this imperfection with the helpfulness of the staff and the entire atmosphere makes this place so special. This year I have even used the seepark bikes and we loved it. They squeak and rattle and have only 3 gears at best but this is what we had when we were kids. And our kids loved those bikes too. The accommodation is basic, but clean and special and the view is priceless and so is the feel of this place. We are used to 5 star places, and many times they disappoint in many ways. With Seepark weiden  it's the other way round. You get more than you expect.
