It's a terrible hotel... windows are stained with nails... dirt... the lamps are not burning... grey... the bed hole... no cleaning in the room... the Russian-speaking staff is missing... in the closet there's been no dust washed for years... no hangers... no clothes packed... nightmare.

I along with my friend stayed here for three nights. 
It was very clean,and good hotel in terms of location,and services provided by the staff.
The food offered by hotel were good and delicious. 
I would like to stay here in future.

Good stay

Hotel a little dated, 15/20 minutes by taxi from the center. Gentle and efficient staff. In the hall a living room with a rather uncomfortable chair. Large room with attached living room. Good bed, but no electric sockets. In our room only a hidden socket behind a dressing room. Large bathroom with sink, but that paraschized glass, besides being uncomfortable to enter, gave me a sense of danger. Large living room with sofa, closet, chair and table. Breakfast on the 7th floor, buffet, with hot and cold drinks, salumi, cheeses, eggs, cereals, fruit. The bread often had to be asked. The pool is advertised but there is no trace. Outside a few supermarket is provided.

This is a very good hotel.

I enjoyed the ideal location of the hotel a few steps from the Fountain Square and 10/15 minutes from the old centre. I arrived at 3am and the receptionist was waiting for me. He was really very nice and spoke a few words of French. I stayed in a single room and it was actually a little surprising because the walls do not go up to the ceiling it is rather a huge room that has been transformed into several small rooms with a bedroom but it didn't bother me.

Very good location

The hotel is very elegant and in some respects modern, but some things are quite uncomfortable: in each room (we have used several) the sockets are scarce (one or two at most) and in uncomfortable positions, for the switches to light the room sometimes we had to ask the staff why they were in unlikely places, the shower has a faucet that discharges on the wall and the glass lets water pass, so the bathroom flows every time. In the vicinity there are only construction sites and high-slope roads, to go wherever you need to take the taxi, you can't walk even two steps, you risk being invested. For the rest, it is a good place, with spacious rooms and a rich breakfast.

Old style

It's a bit out of the city centre, so you always have to take a taxi (if you're in a group I recommend taking British taxis because they take up to six people), but it's a good hotel, with large rooms and a decent breakfast.

Average

The hotel is decent. The rooms are large. I lived on the first floor of the lux class in a two-room with a balcony: the view is good. On the top floor there was a restaurant. Breakfast is good: yogurt, sandwiches, eggs. On the 1st floor there is a swimming pool and sauna. I went to the sauna once. From the center nearby, a taxi to the center (if you call on the phone) - 7 azn. One NOTE: There are many Arabs in this hotel, I didn't see any Russians at all.

Baku Inn Hotel

I stayed in a room in the 6th floor. The room is really nice and big. And the smell also is nice. The bedroom is fully carpeted. I got a terrace, the view outside the window is the best especially during the night, you can see the flame towers in the distance. Compared to other hotels..this hotel has bidets installed in their washrooms. They replenished the bathroom amenities daily. There’s a mini bar in the room. There’s also a heater in the bedroom and in the washroom. 

In the lobby they play sweet smooth music.. it’s not a dry hotel.. u can drink alcohol in their bar. 

I ordered twice for their room service.. loved the fried chicken the most, whole chicken cut into several parts.. at first I was worried as I feel the meal is too much for me.. but I finished more than half of them in a single night. 

Also the receptionists are really helpful (forgot their names unfortunately).. like offering to get me a taxi and giving me directions to the areas I wanted to check. 

While waiting for my car to drop me back to the airport, a hotel staff gave me complimentary tea, the gestures is really nice.
