I have been in the sanatorium for 17 days since September 28, 2023, the days have gone by without notice, many procedures, pools: medical and sports, entertainment, excursions, concerts, movies, spa. I liked it very much. The friendly and responsive staff, good food. And I fell in love with the park, came home and now I miss it. Thank you to the doctor for the good and correct appointments, my doctor in the 213 room. I pray to God to allow me to come to this wonderful place again. When they arrived in the room, they were surprised by the saving of some soap supplies that should be in the bathroom. decided not to frost off and went to the store (it's on the territory) and bought what they lacked. But the feeling that the sanatorium was all the savings. As a result, after 4 days in the sanatorium, a rota virus infection began.

And why is this disgusting torture still considered rest and treatment? Dreaming of going home from the first day to eat something full and tasty. Teaching doctors the basics of medicine and explaining to them that their purposes are not only unhelpful but also dangerous. Bad things are all the way from the dull visual environment to the non-working air conditioners (no, they make noises and blow, but they don't cool). From charlatan procedures to the talent of cooking even good food is disgusting.

Get out of there!

There is nothing in the rooms: no water, no tea, no coat, no slippers, absolutely nothing. Nowhere to go: everywhere breaks, even at the reception, which can't solve any issues other than giving out the keys. No cultural program, the maximum will include music on the street. I went to the NHS for the first time in 2016-2017, the second time in 2019-2020 with a two-year-old. The food is natural, the staff attitude is normal. People are the biggest plus. Good day! I came to the Sputnik Sanatorium a day ago because I heard good reviews about it. I just liked a car at the entrance that helps and transports things. I saw this for the first time, it's an interesting solution, so I expected the same level of service. But, my expectations didn't come true. I wouldn't recommend anyone to rest here because in this price range it's a few times better than the Priosnik Sanatorium.
