We decided to break our journey when returning from Amsterdam in our car last week. We picked this area as it was approx half way to the tunnel and we were hoping to visit Ypres and some of the CWGC Cemetarys.
What a wonderful find!  There were 6 rooms and a further 2 garden rooms. Our room was no. 6 and was fantastic with a lovely seating are and balcony overlooking the beautiful garden with pond. 
Kristel and Stefaan where wonderful hosts and people.
Kristel booked a table at the restaurant Koevert which was a short walk from our accommodation along the single road track road ( check it out!)
Very comfortable bed and excellent sleep. WIFI was excellent.
Breakfast was excellent and they even had Belgian chocolate sweets!
Thank you once again to our wonderful hosts and to Lewis a regular visitor from the UK who was doing a vintage cycling race and gave us some tips for when we return.

Fantastic visit

I returned to this B&B having stayed here 2 years ago. The level of service, hospitality and kindness is well above what one would normally expect to receive. Both Stefan & Kristel go above and beyond to make it a home from home experience. I really can't recommend this property enough.

Great hospitality again

Rooms, facilities and breakfast environment very nice, personal service at the breakfast buffet, friendly reception, multilingual, pleasant outdoor area, very quiet, not far from the next restaurant.

An exceptionally clean & modern B&B. Your hosts Kristel & Stefan could not be more helpful & welcoming. They really made me feel at home. They also have extensive knowledge of their area and were able to answer my many questions. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. One morning I had an early start so Kristel kindly made me a packed lunch style breakfast. 

The wifi is good and available throughout the B&B.

I'd highly recommend this B&B for business, couples, families & friends. It's just one of those places that covers all bases.

Fantastic and welcoming B&B

We had such a great stay here and couldn't have asked for more. This is an ideal location for cycling around the area. Our hosts did everything they could to make us feel very welcome. There is a fantastic breakfast and the view from our room was incredible. After a very long day of travelling and cycling on Friday our hosts were kind enough to book us a table at the local restaurant. They are very knowledgable of the area and make a great breakfast. We have already told all of our friends and family about this place and are excited to return again. If you love cycling you'll love this place. A big thank you to our hosts!

Ideal location 

This is a super place to stay in the Belgium countryside. Stephan & Kristel were welcoming hosts and did everything they could to make our stay as good as possible. Lovely modern rooms and breakfast is excellent. The outdoor area in the warm weather we had was good to have and overall it couldn't be faulted. We will definitely be back

Weekend away with friends

We found this B&B at the last moment, because as usual and despite the good intentions of the ritual, we arrived late to book the rooms for an industry fair in Belgium. The person involved in this type of activity discovered on the Internet this small B&B in the Belgian countryside and in the absence of anything else booked it by crossing his fingers. Never was happier, the structure, which has been recently upgraded, has splendid and spacious rooms and excellent beds in an absolutely quiet environment, but the biggest surprise was the service offered by the owners, who have even provided themselves to us in search of restaurants open on a little day of the week where they are usually all too economically closed. They have a plentiful place to serve and even the most convenient appetizer and perhaps concerned about the fact that the rooms in this room have been served in a very quiet environment.
