We were looking forward to our holiday and during our journey, on the eurostar, we got a phone call from a family member explaining that our apartment booking had been cancelled. We were offered a different place to stay which we didn't want to book in the first place. We contacted Expedia, who kindly sorted out a place to stay which was much nicer than Madou. The hotel only asked for €100 deposit when Madou asks for €200. We spent 3 hours to sort out a place to stay due to them. Please also read reviews left by other travelers.

Never book with them!

Stayed here in January and 80% of the furniture was broken. The toilet does not have a sink in it but it does have live wires poking out of the wall. There are holes in the floors and the radiator hangs off the wall. Oh, and the door handles come off all the doors.

Would honestly give this place 0 if possible

Apparently dirty and dangerous, unacceptable, as you can see in the photos, the oven, shower, sink are dirty, only the sheets were changed, the sockets with apparent electrical wires, the noise is also in the party with the work and the partitions fine, nothing positive.

It's horrible.

This Christmas week 11 friends and I decided to travel to Brussels and the option of booking this apartment seemed the most appropriate one for us. We had to spend the big time waiting for the mini-staircase that gave way to the front doors of each apartment, so I will list the main points. We received a very kind guy telling us that he is not the owner of the apartment but that the owner can't come and take him out. It was our surprise that the key that was given to him didn't open the door to the apartment. When we managed to give the correct wash and be able to access the apartment, the supplies continued: 1. The cleanliness of the apartment seemed to have been resolved by the owner of the brilliant apartment.

I wouldn't repeat it for the world.

We had bought the flight to spend the weekend with a couple of months in advance, and we were originally ten people who were going to travel and booked this apartment, which was advertised as a 12 person accommodation. While having both the flight and the booking of two more friends joined the adventure, so we contacted the owner of the madou who told us that there was no problem since the apartment has room for ten people and two extra beds with a cost of 160 euros. So we changed our booking to accommodate the 12 people together. We arrived on the first day and had to wait until the first day that we arrived at the apartment where we were having problems.

The worst place I've ever stayed in my life.

I rented the apartment and i was sooo happy with the service ... the staff was great when i was checked in. The apartment was cleaned ... i called to ask a few questions and they answered all i needed, staff on the phone was super helpul.  
I recomend the place ... they are nice ... super attentive... i had a great time there.

Excelent service

The reviews of this place are more bad than good. I must write that the initial apartment we were placed in was not bad but it didnt look like what was advertised. It looked like all the pictures of the bad reviews.
The staff were all very prompt in answering all our concerns and went out of their way to accomodate us. We were moved to a place out of the way of the touristy area but we did not mind at all. It is a nice walk, albeit long but then again, Uber is everywhere. It’s about 12€ one way.
We thoroughly enjoyed our new placement. It could have been better stocked. The wifi did not work nor did the tv but you dont go on vacation to watch television.
We would stay with them again. I give them four stars for the initial landing but the staff deserves five stars.



A week in Brussels

7 PERSON, ONE NIGHT 640€ -Cold water -A wall capture for TV, modem and digital decoder, explain to me how a Christian uses all three elements together. -Wifi password unreadable. flooring, rigorously in a fake sticky parquet, completely destroyed. -There is no attachment, furniture, a chair.

No, no, not at all.

My boyfriend and I rented an apartment for 1 week in this place with our 3 week old baby. A guy from the management hurried to cash the exorbitant amount (almost 1000€ a week) and he insisted on an extra 200€ bail. First of all the front door doesn't close, the staircase cage is miserable. Here's what happened to us in the apartment: a dirty toilet in the kitchen and the bathroom, several floods throughout the apartment, the last one at 10pm, we just spent a moment in the bathroom, a plumber is 2 hours in a row to repair the damage and left the kitchen in a dirty state, he used his dirty cage and ignored his methods of renting.

He's a thief and a disgraceful man, and he's a thief.

There was no sign or sign on the street, after a phone call we were greeted by the housekeeper. An unpleasant smell went down the steep stairs leading to the apartment! After paying in kind (compulsory) without the possibility of returning the money (!!!!), we discovered an apartment with modern decoration, and good taste, but in which nothing works: no plugs are fixed, the toilet handle is left in the hands.. the shower flows and floods the bathroom... And finally, the household is satisfactory. I don't understand why tripadvisor accepts this type of housing.
