To be honest I'm sharing... the place is well located, the room is well furnished and the jacuzzi obviously makes a difference... in practice no contact with the manager which is a problem... our reservation was not well checked because she forgot breakfast... we found ourselves having to go ring their doorbell around 9am... the person to help me...... she was at work, not reachable... result had to get out and have lunch in the car because with the restrooms ect closed... the lady will pay for breakfast but I find it very unfortunate that I didn't have a simple text to tell me that she is sorry... the rates are high... then I find the least of the waste of the time is to return to this place...

It's a nice place, but it's organizational.

Atypical hotel, with Moroccan decoration. Perfectly located. Clean, simple. Warm home. Good and cozy breakfast. Paid parking across the street. Many restaurants nearby.

Simple and very well situated

Having landed there by accident, I was pleasantly surprised. 

Although not specifically catering to business people (desk in the room was small and poorly illuminated, not many electrical outlets), the facility was very good, with Nico as a great host, good wifi, ample parking space, easy to find and to get to and a good price. 

It could use a little refreshment here and there (bathroom a little old, room furniture is rickety), but overall a great place to stay for a few days. 

Traffic can be challenging in the morning.

Great place to stay a few nights on business

We stayed in one of the several apartments they offer.The one I mentioned is located a few steps from the Manekken Pis, so its location is unsurpassed.In the center of everything.It can be reached on foot from all directions.The apartment is very clean, with everything necessary to make the stadium pleasant.Good refrigerated kitchen and fittings.

A good place to be.

Cuando llegamos a media tarde, ya no tenian habitaciones, no respetaron nuestra reserva y nos crearon un problema grave ya que no habia disponibilidad ese dia. Tuvimos que ir a la costa (100km) Son unos impresentables, sin duda merecen que nadie vaya a ese antro mal gestionado.
We made a confirmed reservation in advance on busy dates. When we arrived in the middle of the afternoon, they no longer had rooms, they did not respect our reservation and they created a serious problem since there was no availability that day. We had to go to the coast (100km) They are unpresentable, no doubt deserve that nobody goes to that poorly managed club.

The hotel looks comfortable at first glance. It is. Yet I found an empty garbage can in the room, and that's in the bathroom. The room is very conveniently furnished, but nothing more. No closet, only a wardrobe. No fridge. No German TV shows. The breakfast is very thin. There are only baguettes and croissants and only tin cans. No sausage or anything like that. And then the whole thing costs 10 euros.

A good situation doesn't make up for everything.

For the stars it always depends on the country, we come to this hotel for: Location in the city centre and also because it is only 10 minutes from Walibi.

Location is nothing else.

On less than 10 km from Brussels, in the center of Wavre, this old building is brought in very good shape with still aspects reflecting its authenticity. The host was very friendly, breakfast simple but well taken care of. If you are going out in or near Wavre this is an excellent "home" for couples :-)

At Home is a very appropriate name

The rooms are medium and simple, the hotel is well placed but the reception is unwelcoming, too expensive for the service provided... with nothing of professionalism added the place could be nice... in short three expensive and unwelcoming.

It's not terrible.

The rooms are basic not too bad but not at all from the window to see the exterior just the velvet high enough and for a three-story one we expected a better than that the room is expensive at night for what there is and not much to re-take that deflects the walls the door to the bathroom is transparent on the large private toilet not great and let's talk about the small breakfast 10 c is very expensive because there is nothing that is sweet no salt and there is nothing in sweet really disappointed
