This hotel is attractive because of its proximity to the city centre and therefore allows quick and easy walking tours. The reception is friendly and the staff welcomes but: - no heating (it is very chilly in the rooms in winter, you have to ask for additional heating to withstand the fairly low temperature) - very poor breakfast compared to this range of establishments - many stairs to go up and down - no room level view because surrounded by buildings

Can do better

My room was large, including a living room, a kitchenette and a private bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and in general terms very clean. The reception staff was very attentive and cooperative to my requirements. The location is excellent, a block from the main square. Very close to several restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, banks, cafes.... ideal for enjoying the historic center and nightlife activities.

A normal hotel with basic amenities, good wifi, clean and the breakfast is good. A block from the main square and close to the banks. The staff is friendly and have cable channels. The shower is a bit complicated.

Suitable for the price.

It's a nice place, right in the city centre, spacious, quiet rooms overlooking a large patio, nice decoration, a nice, cozy breakfast with quality service, what more can you ask for?

A GOOD address in the middle of the city

The hotel is very clean, our room was very large and bright (number 45), it is quiet and the breakfast buffet is cozy and good. Hot water in abundance! Thanks to the staff who were lovely during our stay and allowed us to have a very good time in Sucre and who helped us get out of the city despite the protests and blockades.

We had a spacious room and enjoyed the breakfast service, which included delicious omelettes.

Very decent hotel in the city centre

In an excellent location, close to the main square and in the center of the city. It is a very nice hotel with clean, spacious rooms with internet, breakfast included and very economical. Great hospitality all time. I always stay there when I'm in Sucre.

Comfortable, nice and cheap.

This is a large hotel well located close to the main square. The rooms are a reasonable size, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included on the price, and it is generous with fresh fruits, yogurt, homemade juices and jelly. The staff are very attentive but especially the manager is aware of all the details to make the stay more enjoyable.

A cozy place where you find hospitality and attention all the time.

This could be a very nice hotel.  The architecture is there already, a bit like Escher engravings, staircases going up and down towards the central patio where the restaurant is located. The hostel is calm, centrally located one and a half block from the main square of the city. Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet is very basic but sufficient for normal apetite: eggs, coffee, tea, marmalade, butter, corn flakes, yogurt, fruits… If only they could improve the rooms, it would great. A hand towel would help, instead of just one large bath towel; more electric plugs to avoid using long extensions, better wifi, nicer bathrooms… It definitely needs revamping.

Could be nicer

We spent a few days in this hotel in Sucre and the truth that the site leaves quite a lot to be desired. The bad breakfast, the owner quite unpleasant. The best of the two employees who stayed overnight, a charm of people.
