The room was comfortable but not very spacious, it had air-conditioning on the bed that flooded the wall with water.It was almost impossible to connect to the hotel's wifi.It is functional if one is passing by, but I wouldn't recommend it for staying for many days.The area is not very touristy so it is not easy to get restaurants and entertainment.

Without luxury..without wifi

Very nice hotel, perfect care and always friendly staff, breakfast with variety every day and best of all, all the rooms have beautiful sea views; indeed a very good experience, totally recommended.

Beautiful Experience, Attention and Beach View in all rooms.

For the second time in Brazil and this time in the city of natal and it is extremely beautiful with beautiful beaches, I want to thank everyone at the hotel who all treated my family very well, especially the Cizera who serves the breakfast that was very nice and attentive, kiss of marcella de la argentina.

Hermoso is the name of the game.

As the hotel hired for my stay in Ponta Negra was busy the first day, spend a night in this hotel. I already know several of this chain. It's a very nice hotel as we are used to. Just spend a night, being the room facing the sea, rent the standard room, this was small, but complete, with an excellent bed and the same for the air conditioning. The perfect breakfast and the truth that very kind and correct its employees. The only thing that attracts my attention is that in the morning, as the sun is full, the window openings were very hot, to the point of not being able to touch it to open it.

Very nice Hotel

I stayed only two nights, one before flying to Noronha and the other after returning.The hotel is suitable for a short stay, the meals at the restaurant are acceptable and the attention is generally good.It is located in front of the sea, so the views are good.

Normal Normal

Very good hotel even though the reception area is small and with 3/4 of the customers there is already confusion. Very good rooms, excellent size, very clean and equipped with all the comforts. the rooms with sea view, are really seafront and on the beach, like I had, they have a breathtaking view. price is expensive, in general, but I found an opportunity through a Brazilian friend and I paid about 60 euros x night, for 3 nights, including breakfast.

Great and sea front

I stayed five nights at this place, for a business trip, and I found it suitable for the needs, and at an adequate price. The garage is closed, the rooms are spacious and have good comfort, the breakfast is varied and abundant enough. Too bad the curtains are not adequate, and at five in the morning there is already a lot of light. The location is suitable only for those who have a car available. The staff has been kind and available, although it is always a struggle to be understood in English.
