The guesthouse has an excellent space in addition to a privileged location. The regional décor is cozy. The breakfast is excellent with the best regional cuisine.

One of the best places to stay in Recife

The Pousada is close to McDonalds (nearby), Churrascaria top (Spettus del Derby), Mercado Extra, among other things. You can walk to several places from your location, but if you need a taxi or Uber it's fast to get there. The team is always equipped with information and whatever they can help, they will help. The American Consulate is easily accessible. I recommend the hostel and an interesting thing is that the price does not vary during the year, I went to Recife 12 times in 2017 and the price was always the same, when you go, I stayed there 12 times, I had 3 guests there).

Location and accommodation - Good value for money

We just wanted a place to spend a night in Recife and for this reason the hostel works very well. Simple, clean, small room (but for those who only want to spend a night, it was good). Wi-Fi, shower, air conditioning, TV, everything working properly. Positive resolution for the full-body mirror in the bathroom and cabinets in the closet in greater quantity than I usually find in many hostels/hotels. Negative resolution: The information that there is parking is false. What is in a carriageway, back off. That is: the car sleeps on the street.

Practical hospitality

I had already stayed in this hostel 3 months ago and only booked again because of the location. The hostel is quite simple, the shower is terrible and the breakfast is reasonable. But because of the location I made another reservation on November 6, 2017. On November 23, 2017 I arrived late at night and tired of the trip from Belo Horizonte. To my surprise there was no reservation in my name and there was also no room available. I had to look for a place nearby to spend the night and the next day look for a place to stay the rest of the weekend. Never again.

Good service, the atmosphere in the hall is beautiful, super charming, the breakfast is excellent, it's very clean, but still the room is disappointing, bed, closets and bathroom are very old, incompatible with the price charged, maybe it's interesting for anyone who wants to have a somewhat historical experience.

Reasonable for sleeping

This bed and breakfast / lodge is situated in a inner part of Recife quite far from the famous beach boardwalk and about 9km from the airport. It is close to the hospital and service area for the city so is suitable for people wanting a comfortable yet simple and inexpensive lodge for business in the region. It would be characterized as a 2 to 2+1/2 star hotel in US/Europe and provides clean and ample rooms with acceptable internet speed and a fulfilling breakfast. Close by there are a few fast food options but not too much to shop/dine. Given its USD45 night cost, it is an affordable solution for Recife although would not recommend for tourists wanting to wander through the city.

Value hotel for short period of time

The outer porch is nice. The common rooms, the breakfast is scarce, little variety, no bar, no kitchen, the patio is beautiful, but it is full of bats, it is in an inaccessible area, we arrived at the porch getting dark and we had no place to eat, as at night there is no movement in the streets, no recommendation of the place, we order a delivery, some pizza bags very little choice.

 Many murcielagos are found.

Excellent location. It's comfortable but very simple. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is quite good. The wifi connection works well. Don't expect anything luxurious, but it does the job. Very good price/quality ratio.

Good hostel in the central area.

I was impressed by this place! Very cozy, well-equipped and centrally located. It's the perfect choice for those who have made appointments at the US Consulate in Recife (less than 10min walking distance) - There's also free parking available which was great. The room was very tidy and clean - the minibar is empty however you can order directly at the restaurant. The place itself is very charming and I would 100% go back.

Very Pleasant Stay!

First, for the Price it was fine.  If you expect a normal hotel, it is not.  It more like a bed and breakfast.  There were only 5 hangers and it was extremely noisy.  I could hear  people in the halls like they were in my room.  The bed was terribly uncomfortable.  Excellent air-conditioning.  No iron in the room.  Lot's of mosquitoes outside of the room.  Window looked out to a wall.
