The rooms were extremely tight, bathroom, shower- way too close together. I  never stayed in a room where the shower was soooo close to the bed and the toilet was so enclosed. I did not like this at all. I would not recommend or stay in a hotel like this. The breakfast was not good at all. Need better options for a brazil style breakfast.

The hotel has a great cost-benefit for those who are passing and will stay for a few days. I stayed only one night. As far as the center of Rio de Janeiro is concerned, it is well located. Close to the airport, which is what I wanted. When I checked in and paid for the stay the receptionist would charge a higher amount than what I had closed at the booking. I showed her the app and she then charged the right amount. However, this was not what I liked the least, in fact it didn't bother me. The room was very badly scented with sanitary water, we got scared because I am asthmatic and the loud noise gives me a seizure. But we ban things in the room, we put the air conditioning at a minimum, we left this window so that the toilet was cleaned and we left the room.

I wouldn't come back.

The value of the daily service does not match the structure and service offered. The room is uncomfortable, the shower is not heated, the TV has a bad signal and only open channels, there is no water in the bathroom. Because it is a central region and a little dangerous at a certain time of night they close the reception door and there is no one in the service desk. When I arrived I had to wait outside because the intercom was off. If you are looking for quality and comfort in the central region I do not recommend this hotel.

Disappointing

Very good, easy to access and great price, good breakfast, delicious dinner, very clean room and good towels, quiet and well-mooded attendants, quiet and courteous attendance, I will definitely stay again

Pessimo, there's no fridge, there's no ceiling in the room to talk to the front desk, dirty, bathroom looks like a hospital, beer with dead potato lights, finally, horrible.

The hotel delivers what it promises taking into account the cost and location of the same. The staff are excellent, very well educated and helpful with all guests. The breakfast is honest and well served.

Good for the location near lapa and not far from the metro center, minimum rooms, really small, good shower, separate water, good wifi, bar open 24h, beer 4€, water 2€, change every day of sheets, triple rooms with castle bed, but really the space is small for three suitcases...a-c good breakfast at ibis center (not budget..) really excellent..from 06.30 to 10.30

I saw complaints about the hotel but it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and the towels offered were great. At first the style of the room can be shocking, but then you realize that it meets all needs very well. Location was great for me, so I took tours of the historic center.

Exceeded expectations

room only with 220V outlets. hair dryer and transformer to 110V are limited and with this, they are almost never available. The frame next to the mirror was loose and with exposed wires, bringing a risk of shortness. Hall smoked cigarettes, even with a smoke-forbidden warning. Whenever he returned to the room, he had to reprogram the card because they lost the configuration because they were very sensitive.

Good attendance, but facilities are precarious and parking PESSIMO

I only stayed one night, so the room, although quite simple, narrow and narrow, met my needs. The team was very diligent, showed a good knowledge of the area and gave correct and direct information. Overall, it was a good stay.
