I liked the hotel, the facilities were very simple, but very clean. The place is beautiful and the garden is well cared for. Good breakfast with fresh produce. Very good staff attendance. I just didn't like the dog being stuck in the chain and barking. I even complained to the employee who told me that it was not to bother the guests. But they could give you another solution to not arrest the animal.

Good hotel

The hostel is very clean, simple breakfast, but very tasty and the staff is very polite and cute. What I didn't like was the mattress, it was already well used, with the center sunk and the hostel has a super soft big dog that gets trapped all day in a tiny square of 2 square meters. It's even rusty so it barks day and night. It goes out for a couple of times a day, but it sleeps and spends the rest of the time there trapped in a cubicle. In São Paulo the law of mistreatment treats this as a crime and can give a fine, animal seizure, etc. Review the way you treat your animals while there are guests. I asked several officials who told me that he only stays when there are no guests, sun, must be very hard or dozy.

Good, but you need to review the mattresses and how they treat the hostel dog.

I had to leave the hotel with my 3-year-old daughter looking for another hotel in the middle of the night because I felt threatened by the owners... I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if it's with the family.

Apesar do belo imóvel, e dos quartos confortáveis, o atendimento é péssimo. 
A chegada lá foi uma tragédia.. a funcionária me vendo descarregar 6 volumes, me enchendo o saco com portão aberto e não me ajudando.
Com a desculpa do Covid, têm um comportamento bizarro, café da manhã numa caixa de isopor (ruim), evitam te dar um xícara...
As funcionárias da cozinha fizeram o possível para serem simpáticas.
A multiplicidade de regulamentos e plaquinhas etc demonstra uma obsessão estranha com controle autoritário.
Cerquinhas, caminhos obrigatórios ineficientes, plantas espinhosas completam a estranha experiência. 
O oposto do espírito hospitaleiro que deve reger um hotel.

Atendimento ruim - NOT Recommended

This was the best hotel I've stayed at Marajó! The Casarão is charming, the chalets too. The rooms are super new, everything is very clean and whimsical, bed, sheets, towels, cabinets, shower, air conditioning. The pool is a delicacy, and the breakfast is delicious, the loaves are made in the hotel and are amazing, it has Marajó cheese and a tapioca cake with steak jelly that is serious, it's imperative! Camila, and the whole team, welcomed us with all the care and attention, they welcomed us and fulfilled all our wishes, and there were many. She also ordered the hotel's kitchen and was the best food we experienced in Marajó!

Amazing little holidays

Beautiful hotel, I stayed in a suite outside the mansion. It was a small but cozy room with a spacious bathroom. It had a balcony with a network. Excellent breakfast. I just suggest the staff be more friendly, they were helpful after we approached, but they always seemed to be closed-faced. Very good cleanliness too. I would stay there again.

It's beautiful.

The facilities are beautiful, the Garden-type room is very spacious, comfortable and with an excellent bathroom, of course, clean, it looks like it was even newly built. It has a very comfortable swimming pool area, but there is no management service. The girls who serve at breakfast are very nice but they did not know how to clear up our questions during the stay. They always had to answer later, because the person in charge was not there. We won a delicious Marajó cheese at the first breakfast.

You need to improve care

The hotel is very well maintained. The service is excellent. The rooms are spacious with hot water and air conditioning. The breakfast is very good. It has a swimming pool. It was a pleasant surprise to me in Soure. It is very worth staying in this hotel.

Best option in Soure

The hotel is simple, but a very nice option in Soure, at Marajó Island.
The room is very clean, in a good size and has everything you need for a nice stay.

If you want to eat some pizza when you stay at the hotel, just go to the house neighbor to the hotel and ask for Gustavo. He is a guy that worked at the hotel in the past and now makes pizza when he is in the city. He makes a really good pizza that you can pick up to eat at the hotel.
The location of the hotel is good, a little far from city center, but it is not an issue.

Great option at Soure

When I arrived at the reception, I was greeted by a rather unpleasant girl who gave me the paper to register without just talking to me by gesture.The room with very high ceilings was very dark and the artificial light was scarce, the sheets scratched the body and the mattress very hard, looked like a cell from an old monastery without wifi inside the room nothing cozy on the contrary she didn't want to be inside because it was so unpleasant.I asked to change the room below to the ones that have a small terrace with hammock but they told me it was full but it was only a lie because we were only 2 rooms occupied and I saw it perfectly.The dining room I could have in the garden but closed with a plastic strap on the floor and surrounded by chains so that I could look at the taste of the chains that I had on my face.
