It was one of the most terrible hotels in my life with the girl. We booked one room, we were provided with a completely different one. It stinks of dampness, we had breakfast in the morning, after which we were sick all day. Missing products. We complained and the money was not returned to us, even part of the amount.

The rest is ruined...

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days. After I booked a room and paid for it, they gave me a room twice as cheap and refused to pay me back. There's also a restaurant at the hotel that plays loud music. The restaurant works even at night, so I couldn't sleep. I'm writing this review so you can think 100 times about whether you should book this hotel or not.

It's a terrible hotel.

terrible hotel. I booked one room when I arrived and was given another one for half the price. there is a restaurant on the territory around the clock and music is constantly playing there, there is poor noise insulation in the room. there were no spoons and forks in the room, it was damp and dirty, the rooms stank.

Hello! My family and I had to visit this hotel, which we were very sorry for! The room smelled of moisture, the music was playing loud all night on the floor, to which the administrator just didn't react at all, even though the husband addressed him 3 times exactly all night! In the morning we decided to have breakfast and go on the road, as we just decided not to bring this breakfast because of the small number of guests, as it turned out, when the hotel wasn't full, they didn't cook breakfast, although when we got in they promised us THIS breakfast! I wouldn't recommend Hotel Safi to anyone for anything!

The hotel's impressions are bad!

Hotel Safi Dospat Bulgaria was an unpleasant surprise for me and my friends, and I can't help but share my negative experience of staying here. Firstly, one of the most disappointing things was that the hotel does not provide a refund option in case something does not suit the guest. We were very disappointed with the unprofessionalism and non-serious attitude towards our needs. Secondly, the quality of the service leaves much to be desired. I particularly disliked the fact that the food for breakfast was not fresh. This meant that we were faced with unappetising and stale food in the morning. In addition, we did not like several aspects of the room we were accommodated in. The bathroom was carelessly cleaned and the bed linen left much to be desired. It was evident that no one paid proper attention to the cleanliness and quality of the services provided. Overall, Safi Dospat Hotel did not live up to our expectations and left behind an unpleasant residue.

I gonna tell my experience og being in this hotel. When I was looking for the place to visit with my family I firstly thought it was a paradise. But when we went there, we were shocked.  We chose and booked the room, but when we went there we were given another type of the room. Ok we agreed because we didn't want to worry and to mar our pleasure. There was a noisy music at the restaurant, it sounded almost all night! When I went to complain, receptionist said that it's not their fault, didn't excuse at all. And there were a lot of such bad facts, where we went to complain, but they didn't want to improve. And we couldn't get our money back, that's why we ought to be there till the end of our travel. Then we just decided to travel out the hotel, and to go there only to have a sleep. 

Not such a good place as you can imagine

I didn't think of it as a hotel but a three-story structure (2/3 rooms instead of mini-apartments per floor) with no elevator or staff to help with the suitcases. Very large rooms but empty...there's the hot tub in all the rooms (if I'm not mistaken) but there are no attachments or furniture to arrange things. Boiler without water in tea bags or anything else, not even sugar... Breakfast to forget... 2 pieces of fried bread with jam and a glass of fruit juice. Possibility to use the small Finnish sauna and the small Turkish bathroom for a fee (5€).

Large but not functional chambers

Finding the hotel was a bit of an adventure. Should your GPS stop you in the middle of an alley and suggest to continue by walk... Don't worry, you can keep driving up the hill until you'll reach the Hotel Safi which holds a great view over the city of Dospat. The parking is relatively small but we managed to easily park.
Our hosts were friendly and warm. We had a large bedroom which included a large bathroom, living room and a terrace. All clean and decorated with style.
We were quite surprised and very pleased with the service.
Breakfast was included and it was good. We would definitely go back!
