Dirty room, stink, the service is awful. The breakfast was made in 90s and served the day we came. No elevator or electric, the stuff won't help at all. No coffee for breakfast,the food sticked,better sleep in the woods nearby.

Stay away!

Firstly, we stayed here for 8 nights recently.  There is no maid service and everytime we tried to ask to use the laundry it was too busy.  Very few people spoke any english at all but the frustrating thing was that when we did try to communicate, even with examples or hand signles staff would just shrug and walk away.  The rooms are all in terrible condition, stains on surfaces, carpets pulling up, holes in sheets etc.  The pillows were stained, my duvet was an old knitted blanket put into a duvet cover. It is a very noisy hotel generally and staff congregated outide in the evenings and their laughs and chatter echoed around the whole hotel. There is no shower curtain in the bathroom with the shower head right next to the toilet.  The whole bathroom is dangerous after a shower as it becomes crazy slippy.  Our toilet rocked around the floor everytime you moved even slightly. Poor reception on the old TV and only Bulgarian channels anyway.  Not recommended!  Not suitable for non Bulgarian tourists.  Dont make our mistake.

Dated and Dirty

The location of the hotel is good, but the rooms are small, the TVs are old, there are no Russian channels, and most importantly, there are no fridges in the rooms! There is a resting place on the territory: a barbecue table under pine trees and tables with umbrellas in front of the hotel. There is a pool table in the hotel.
