Very nice hotel, Mr Lubo the manager is nice, he speaks a little French. Comfortable room, 3 swimming pools one quieter than the others. Toboggans monitored for small and large, even adults. Schedule constraint on the toboggans since they are monitored, they close at 5pm. The nearby sea is very quiet but pleasant. Various meals, Italian restaurant to book. Ice cream am, several bars, snack, very quiet sea view rooms, a little soft bed. High performance Wifi even at the edge of the pool, pool provided and changeable at all times. Indoor pool, sports hall, spa, water, tattoos, evening games on the water (bumpering). Very large hotel complex with 2 km in the city, or a bus with massages in the city, very easy to access.

Stayed 11 nights

Our second day here, our room was just cleaned and we find a necklace that was left on the desk has disappeared. The 3 cleaners were confronted by their line manager and brought into the room and all denied it. One cleaner was looking particular sheepish. Lovely hotel but don't leave valuables lying around!!!!
We now have to wait 30 minutes to see the quality manager, whatever that means.

Theft from room !!!!!

The rooms are large and clean, it has free parking at the door (you have to book it), but to get there you need a resident card, and we were lucky enough to park in a parking lot just before entering the old hall, we went to the hotel to ask questions, and then an employee of the hotel came with us to open the door (they could have said that in the email in which they confirmed the booking of the parking lot and they would have called me when I arrived, not that I had to look for parking in a paid one).

Very centralised.

I think this hotel is the only place that's out of my league, but it's been cool and fresh all day, and we've only used the air conditioner twice. The mattresses, like the rest of the reviews, are great! All the furniture is in the same style, some nice curtains, excellent sanitation and towels. I can smell a good barbecue tomorrow, a good one for this one! I'll have a nice lunch and a nice one for the next one!

We stayed here for three nights. Easy walk from the bus stop in Nessebar Old Town. Our room had a balcony overlooking the street and was surprisingly quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower had terrific water pressure. We had breakfast included with the room and it was very tasty and filling. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Email notification prior to arrival would have been appreciated since we were told when we arrived that they only accepted cash payment for the room.

Pleasant Stay

When I tried to put the fans in the flashlight, I was electrocuted and then I could write nothing, but the requirements for publication are binding. We stopped in the winter, the hotel was almost empty, but the manager visited us in a room with windows that look out to the air conditioning unit or some kind of buzzing pieces.

Three on three.

This hotel is well located . The rooms are spacious and some have sea views. All have balconies. The rooms are very clean. There are no lifts to got you upstairs. Also  driving to the hotel is a challenge but I assume that would be the same for any hotel in Old Nessebar. I would stay here again.

Great location

This hotel is in a lovely part of Nessebar and could be a very nice property. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful however the bathroom had an unpleasant smell and the service was not what I would call welcoming. With an improved attitude to customer service this hotel could be very good, however we did not feel welcome during our time here. 

Adequate hotel in very nice part of town 

Very nice boutique hotel, exactly in the heart of Nessebar old town - perhaps is a little bit difficult to reach it with your car, but the staff is very helpful. Very clean and cozy, the breakfast is simple - but you don't go there to eat, for sure... Warmly recommended!

Superb!

Even though this is a 3 stars hotel, Royal Palace Nessebar is at his high level concerning the staff, breakfast, rooms and well situated in the very center of Old city of Nessebar. Very close to lots of restaurants. I would highly recommend everybody Restaurant Familia Fish and Grill. Very tasty, best welcoming staff and waiter. Try octopus, oisters and meat. Generally here everything is tasty. And note at Royal Palace Nessebar all the stuff concerning towels, shampoo and bed is changed everyday. Very clean rooms.
