We stayed here in September 2023. Very friendly staff. Small, disappointing rooms. In our room the WiFi signal was very weak. Some rooms have a balcony with sea view. The hotel has 3 floors but no elevator!
In front of the hotel 4 cars can be parked and if you make an advance request you might be able to put your car here. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast but there are many, many restaurants within walking distance. 


“Very friendly staff, basic rooms”. 

The hotel has a magnificent location, right at the entrance of the historic Nesebar town. I opted for a room with no sea view, at a good price. It was a good choice. Large and comfortable room, including a small minibar and a good hot tub. The receptionist is very kind. There are a few parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel. The lady was kind enough to ask me if I needed one, although I had already used one in the municipal parking lot, large and cheap (8 levas all day long) and five minutes' walk from the hotel. A very good choice to meet Nesebar in the center. The only thing that could be improved, the bed, with a very soft mattress, was floating in some places.

A good option in the historic town.

We only stayed 1 night but would definitely stay for 2 or 3 nights. Its perfect for a nice, quiet stay in Nessebar. We had a room directly overlooking the harbour, the view and balcony were stunning! The room was, I don't want to say Basic in a negative way, it was spotlessly clean, the bathroom perfect for a few nights, a sofa and a double bed fridge and a TV. I wouldn't want a week but for a weekend it would be ideal. 
The people at reception were lovely! Very friendly and helpful, just really nice and genuine ladies. 
We had a lovely stay and will stay again.

Excellent Hotel. Excellent location.

Hotel with sea view, spacious and clean room with everything necessary, easily accessible for those who have a rental vehicle. Excellent reception by the management. Nesebar in low season is definitely the ideal place to appreciate its beauty, although a bit melancholy as many structures are closed, however the absence of summer overcrowding may be preferable.

It's a great place in Bulgaria, overlooking the Sunshine Coast, but on weekends, there's music on that beach until morning, and the water is very loud, so if you want to keep it down, you can go to the city.

It's a very beautiful place, Old Nesebr, the hostess speaks Russian, it's cozy, clean and tasty.

We stayed for one week, spacious rooms, seaside view, breakfast at groundfloor restaurant! No escalator. Clean and very friendly personnel. Only few meters away from most of oldtown restaurants. And the price was very competitive in comparison to hotels at Sunny Beach!



Nice Hotel in Nessebar Oldtown

Just spent 3 nights here. Hotel is in a fantastic location, easy to walk through the old town, to the harbour area or to a bus stop if required. The hotel has limited parking and pre-arrival enquiries meant that they had reserved a space for us. The hotel staff are all very friendly. The room itself was larger than average with a balcony and free view tv with a good selection of channels. I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel, it is lovely.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location

Once again we visited the wonderful country of Bulgaria and stayed at this hotel. The hotel manager and the staff of the service were welcoming and during the entire stay it was very pleasant to be in this hotel.
