Location is very central and close to many historic areas and restaurants and bars, place is pristine and outstanding quality, hotel owners treat everyone exceptionally well and go above and beyond to welcome guests to their hotel, rooms are very clean and great quality, one of the rooms was a little small but still excellent, no elevator but hotel helps with bags and anything that needs to be lifted/ delivered to the room, breakfast had fewer options than normally one would see in similar hotels but still sufficient and satisfactory, when we arrived, we were offered tea/coffee and a leisurely stay at the lobby and not rushed to the room; overall exceptionally welcoming; highly recommend this hotel

Excellent choice and place to stay

Really comfortable and clean, nice bar selection and delicious breakfast choices. The staff were really polite and welcoming. The bathroom was sufficiently equiped and in great condition. The location of the house is really the great asset - lots of must-visit places are nearby.

Right at the entrance of Kapana, where you can approach it by car from Tsar Boris III Blvd., is Boutique Guest House Coco. The place is nice, cozy and stylish. The lobby bar has a remarkable collection of single malt whiskeys.

…. The extremely good location in Kapana is an advantage N1 of the hotel;

…. Welcome drink with wine of your choice - sparkling, white, rose, red, no limit, whatever you want!
…. I didn't like that they took a photo with a phone of the ID card when registering. It's not right, they just have to copy the data without taking pictures. 
…. The space where the breakfast is held is not suitable for food consumption. They place it in the hallway and you eat wherever you find in the lobby or outside.

… The unpleasant thing is that on Friday night there is a nightclub nearby, from which loud music can be heard at night, but it is not a big trouble. On the other side, this is Kapana the bohemian and artistic district with extensive nightlife.

…. The aroma of Macallan whiskey, which you can drink outside or inside the lobby.

Taste ....
..... Delicious charcuterie, cheeses- the breakfast is modest in variety, but enough and with good quality;
…. I have already mentioned the collection of single malt whiskey, the wine list is also not bad, you can have a good drink if you do not feel like going around Kapana or if you insist on good single malt.
I would be happy to stay again at Boutique Guest House Coco.

Boutique Guest House Coco – a nice and stylish place at the entrance to Kapana in Plovdiv

A beautiful little hotel. Absolutely clean and very nicely decorated. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely perfect, close to the old town and around the corner there is also the pedestrian zone. What more is needed? Very highly recommended!

Great hotel in the center of Plovdiv, nice staff, good breakfast, comfortable room with great bath products, water and a small bottle of welcome wine, very comfortable parking at the hotel entrance, sorry for the lack of elevator.

Boutique hotel in the center of the beautiful Plovdiv

Small hotel in the center of this beautiful town. The location is really strategic, during the three days of our stay we never used our car. The hotel is cozy, the staff very kind and sensitive to every need. The good breakfast, the hot drinks at the bar always free. We really appreciated the welcome gift, the day of our arrival and the end of the year the bottle of champagne in the room. If we return to Plovdiv, definitely the Coco' will be our destination. Thank you for the hospitality.

Very welcoming guest house

Maybe I was unlucky but I found this hotel too expensive for what it offers. The location is great but the small room, without refrigerator bar and phone, with central air conditioning so you can't decide the degrees in autonomy and to turn it off you have to get up at night. There are no bathrooms, only place where there is a small mirror. There are no supports. You have to put things on the ground. There are no shelves. The bed is soft and very uncomfortable (personal opinion).

It's a little bit all over.

The decoration is kind of Victorian and quite well designed, quality of bed, tv, shower, toiletries and airco (very unpredictable in Bulgaria!) is high. Staff is always ready to please! Our room had a problem with the shower and they immediately switched to another room. Our breakfasts (bakery quality croissants, fresh squeezed juice) were free because of this “problem”. Warning, there is only short-term parking in the old city, we dropped off our luggage parked and left our car for two days in Hashovska street, northeast of the hotel.

Great room and service 

Guest House Cocò was great. Very clean, kind staff who spoke excellent English and helped with any request I had. The location can't be beat, right between the Old Town and the pedestrian area. I would recommend it to anyone!

Great Place to Stay

We got the train down for a two night stay. Plovdiv itself is a lovely city, some fantastic history, friendly people and great food. It is a real gem. 

We booked into this place as there wasn’t much choice. It was a little more than we were prepared to stay but very much worth it. The location was near the old town and lots of trendy little bars and eating places. 

The room itself was wonderful, very extravagant decor but somehow it worked. There was a little sitting room and an nice bathroom. The staff were very friendly. 

One minor annoyance was that the room was baking, we turned off the heater and opened the window but as we were a block a way from the main road it was very noisy at night. Bulgarians seem to be obsessed with overheating rooms! I wasn’t a fan of the brown bedsheets and towels. 

The guest houses doesn’t do breakfast but there are loads of places near by... unless it is a Sunday. Don’t expect anywhere to be open before 10am or maybe even 11am. 

A good choice, we would stay again.
