I need to clarify that I am reviewing cabacum plaza apartments!!

It was amazing. Flat great. Well equiped except no toaster. 

Any problem we had was dealt with. 

Fabulous spot, great beach fabulous pool.

Balconies far to small for 4 people. Screen door goes wrong way. Sounds petty but very irritating.  

I will go back to this place. 

The receptionist - Alexander was amazing. Hope the name is right.

After living in Varna itself very good memories about these apartments. Everything is known in comparison. But there are also many disadvantages! I lived in apartments #7 on the third floor. 1. The bad lichenka of the castle, is opened only with the use of some force. In the corridor is very dark and there are no motion sensors. You had to turn on the phonic lamp to get to the room. 2. The list of what is not in the apartments. - There is no TV in the bedroom. You can look in the mirror. - There is no toilet for your hair. - There is no toilet for your sleep. - There is no toilet for your bathroom. - There is no toilet in the bathroom right next to the bathroom.

A beautiful building.

It's not worth receiving tourists. The infrastructure in Cabacum is to be mourned! Rumors and dirt are invading the city. Tourists are walking along the side of the road in the middle of cars, because there are no pedestrian sidewalks! The establishment itself is beautiful from the outside but everything is ruining inside! Minimum equipment, not even a ballast to be cleaned! Several HS electric sockets, one that runs for the whole apartment including for kitchen appliances. Meals from the HS bedsheets, as well as footwear furniture. No iron to be washed, board to be washed and hair to be washed. We are also asked to dry the rest. For the rest of the passing.

Schools to Avoid

We arrived at 6 pm, reception was closed. We ask around and then we call the person in charge. He arrives complaining that we were late so he went to rest.
Too many stairs from the reception with 5 suitcases and a baby stroller. We ask if there is a simpler way. He says no. We discover there is an elevator leading to a few stairs next to our apartment on the 3rd day. 
We booked a 3 bedroom apartment.
1 room had no AC so I slept in the living room. 
It was clean enough.
The bedsheets provided were not fitted sheets and were the wrong size so they lay on top of the mattress with no way to tuck them in. So each move you do, the sheets move with you.
There was a big pile of dust atop the water heaters. They didn't notice this while cleaning for the past 3 years maybe.
The fixtures were shady at best.
Washing machine was working and some water would come from below.
The kitchen had utensils which was good.
They came to clean once midweek and they left the house as they found it.
Cleaning utensils were a drag.
All in all, we had an ok stay thanks to our patience. 
Be aware when you rent: it's as is.

Cheap and for a reason

+ = sea view ;

- = very very overpriced; you'll be living in a kind of...it looks like a upgraded garage; be very careful with the electricity wires; there are no beds, but mattrasses on top of each other on the floor; all passers-by will look curiously in your room, so you want some privacy, don't you ? Close the ' curtains' and forget about the sea view; the ' bathroom' is meant for one person only.
Conclusion : look for something better...and you'll find it.
