Ratatouille Hotel, this was the right name for this building, because I saw a rat running out of the kitchen and dining area twice in a week. Since the food was terrible, I assumed that it was Ratatouille's lap. From the cooked cut tomatoes, always the same cashews, like pearls or something like that, bread, the rest I didn't remember so it wasn't food at all. The pool is always yellow and dirty, at the bottom of the leaves and the ground. There is no hot water. From the drink of different colors. The location is very far from the beach, and the road back to the hotel is a terrible circle of sulfur and bitterness.

The Ratatouille Hotel

It's not clear what the organizers of the festival were doing. Not only were there toiletries in the rooms, but also towels. Only on the 3rd day after the festival participants had towels. Probably the owner of the hotel was a relative and we decided to support his business. The worst hotel I'd never seen. The staff lives in their own world: they don't greet, they don't clean, they don't hear the requests of customers. The rooms didn't have only toiletries, but also towels.

Life is beautiful

We went to the Dana Palace Hotel. At the reception desk, a very angry and dissatisfied manager meets everyone. Basically, it settles everyone at 14:00. The hotel is like a children's camp. The food is terrible, soy sauces, drinks are impossible to drink, everything is diluted. It's very noisy, and very far from the sea.

Let's not eat in this hotel anymore!!!

Cheap hotel budget holiday don't get me wrong but my god this place is filth .. all inclusive food wow never are there drinks wer ridiculous bottled and tasted vile .. staff completely rude dnt speak English tried gettin us pay ,€20 each so €80 for 'smoking in room' which we didn't n had to argue the fact .. which is why I would not recommend this hotel cleaners well never once cleaned the room or changed the beds didn't even have an ash tray out side so we put cigs out in plastic cup put the cup in the bin inside room as was no bin outside and the cleaners from us doing that sed wed been smoking in room I was furious.. I slept under the air con which was leaking water out on me which is very dangerous and I've been advised I can sue them for this be aware I mean Holden sands is cheap enough but this hotel should really be shut down

Excellent hotel for a small amount of money.Reading the reviews before the trip, I got upset and got all set on the worst. But what a surprise when we arrived and everything turned out to be great. The food was excellent. Meat dishes 3 times a day. Various names. Many vegetable salads of different. Turtles and pizzas 2 times a day. Anything you want too.

Dana Palace is a good hotel considering its price.

The most terrible rooms: air conditioning doesn't work, dirty floor,bedding is dirty,shirts are dirty, toilets and bathrooms are dirty.I'm silent about the balcony.Absolutely unresponsive staff.Cleaners don't clean (this is the feeling of working for food)

There is no worse place!!!!!

Reviews about this hotel are all awful, but the question arises: do you really appreciate what you're looking forward to and where you're going? The hotel is cheap, hence its advantages and disadvantages.... The main disadvantage is that it's always clean and tidy. In general, I don't want to offend the roommates, the room was cleaned by a very nice lady and not by a hottie, wiped out the dust, soap floors, but that's not enough in this case.

Hotel is ambiguous

She's a very rude, uneducated and principled woman. She spoils the mood of all the resting people at the beginning of the rest. She doesn't settle down until 14 hours, although the girl at the reception wanted to sit down, the manager wouldn't let her. She looks at everyone from the bottom, doesn't smile at anyone, like in a concentration camp. And in general, this hotel is the most real children's camp, and what's surprising is that the hotel has everything included, drinks and children there.

The washing machine!

I went here a couple of years ago, it might have changed, but since the family who owned it was so rude and disrespectful of their guests, I can't imagine it changing enough.
- they rented it the pool, for watersports, so it was available from 12.00 to 17.00 when it was shut down for the evening. 
-the buffet was so Discusting, and the kitchensstaff had loose hair, filthy clothes and bare feet.
-no room service, at all! We had to buy our own Toiletpaper, because "the maid has it and she will be here tomorrow". 
 
Need any more reason to stay as far away as possible? 

Worst place ever! 

I just got back from this hotel. This is a three-star hotel, I'd leave one, dirty, muddy pool, the staff leaves the best. It's right by the main road, buses ride all night. The food at the hotel is basically normal, at night when students are having fun, the music is ringing, and sometimes it's up to 3:00 at night, I can't sleep. I won't go there anymore.
