This hotel is in very calm place by the river very near Otres2 beach. We rented motorbike so we had no problems with reaching any place. It is far from Serendipity beach and many tuk tuk around.
Breakfast was good with a view to the river.
Room was ok. We stayed 4 nights there and for some reason only one time room was cleaned. As we went to the beach several times, we had a lot sand in the room.


No sea view from bungalows 

If you looking for excellent service and good price this place is right choice. Located in best part of Otres Beach, near new pier, only 130m from beach and direct on the river shore. European and Asian cuisine in excellent quality.

If you are looking for excellent service and a good price, this hotel is a good choice. It is located in the best part of Otres Beach, not far from the new pier, just 130 metres from the beach and facing the river. European and Asian cuisine is of excellent quality.

It's a lovely vacation.

I believe this hotel is just starting up and as such is having some teething problems. When we arrived, there was no one on reception and we waited until a fellow hotel stayer called them. We were shown to our room which wasn't what we expected (a double, not a twin) but they changed us without any issues. The room has 2 double beds and air con which is why we chose to stay here. The bathroom is a bit interesting as the floor is sloped to the middle and not the drain so water pools for a long time. There are a few exposed wires in the bathroom and we wonder how long they'll be there for! There's also no hot water tap on the shower which isn't brilliant as the water's pretty cold! Considering the price of the room US$50/night we would've thought we were getting a decent shower, but the prices here seem to be above the equivalent that you'd get in other parts of Cambodia. The wifi wasn't working the day we arrived and only works intermittently in our room (it is a corner room, but still) but works fine on our verandah. The staff are friendly and endeavor to understand you and assist despite a considerable language barrier. There isn't housekeeping and we had to ask them for toilet paper and clean towels. The beach is only about an 80m walk away and we've been using the beach beds of other hotels without issue. Overall the accommodation is okay but not what we expected for the price.
