It's perfect budget hotel and value for money. Don't expect much when you pay that amount for a hotel. However, it's better than the price we paid for. It's great. The room, the bathroom were very nice. Definitely gonna come back next time.

Perfect Budget Hotel and Value for Money

This was a really wonderful hotel. The pool and meals were simply fantastic. Spacious and relaxing. Every day was like a Sunday. It was just down the road from the lion statue. We would happily stay here again.

It may be a Sunday hotel but I’d recommend it any day of the week

The rooms are very basic, albeit spacious.  We even had a balcony, and a shower that could fit more than 5 people at once.  LOL.  The pool was pretty although we didn't have time to take a dip.  Kitchen staff were so kind---a bit difficulty understanding English, but after going into the kitchen and explaining, they went out of their way to fulfill my request.  Front desk staff, not so kind---always frowning and rude, when you ask a question she makes you feel like you're wasting her time, and then takes 1,000,000 years to give you an answer.

I enjoyed my stay here comfortable bed air conditioning nice pool free wifi complimentary water even had a tv that I never turned on my only complaint is the staffs lack of understanding for the English language. I had a light in my room that kept flashing after I turned it off and I told the staff about it showed them and they told me they would fix it I kept asking them about fixing it over the next 4 hours and I thought they were going to fix it wasnt until I demanded another room they finally fixed the problem

Pool was fantastic...clean and with a poolside bar with $3 cictails that were great.
Real coffee too.
A 10.minute walk down to.the main beach and ferry terminal.to the islands.

We were tired, and we were hot, so we were tempted by the small price of the hotel with a pool. We soon regretted our choice. The pool is good, but very dirty and it's not in that guesthouse but in the hotel next door. The people at the reception were openly laughing at me about my physique. We had to catch the bus the next night to Battambang, and since we had to leave the hotel at noon, we asked if they could keep our bags during the afternoon, they weren't sure, and they replied that if we didn't have to take our bags at noon, we would have to return to another hotel. They were coming from a fort in Asia and this was the first time we had to return to our office because we hadn't gotten out of the hotel, but they didn't get out of the hotel at noon, and they didn't want to take our bags, so they didn't want to take them out of the cold, they didn't want to, they didn't want to take them out of the hotel, they didn't want to, and they didn't want us to

They're really bad, they're not bothering to fuck the client's head.

The guest house is a guest house - but cleanliness should also be mandatory there! The bedding and the toilet were dirty. The maid changed the bedding at our request - and actually arrived with dirty bedding again. The picture of the toilet speaks for itself. Service was neither available at check-in nor check-out. The check-out consisted of handing the key to the hanger to the staff in the hanger 🙂 yes, but not to recommend Bill. One night there was more than enough.

Dirty / service??

New and clean structure, room 405. Only new access road that on the sides is full of garbage and rubble. At the reception the educated and courteous staff. The room is large with sink but no cooking floor. Two large beds, closet without appendages and TV with a channel in Italian. As always in Cambodia they open your suitcases so much that the second day I had to ask at the reception that they didn't touch them. Fourth floor without elevator but so much usually I don't take it, a little bit of the bike never hurts.

Quiet and clean

A double room for 15 dollars with air conditioning, warm water and TV with German waves and restaurants within walking distance. What more would you like for a night? Although the rooms are a little clumsy and clogged, but it really keeps pace. The night ends with roaring hens, but our bus to Vietnam always leaves early. We would stay back at the Sunday Guest House.

The price of performance fits...

We stayed there one night. The hotel is very, very bad. The rooms are small and very un tidy. Half of the rooms go to the second floor very close. On the windows of the jail. The bedding is also dirty. I don't recommend staying there.
