Superb residence with a warm welcoming family the heated swimming pool or transportation services all to live on 10 min from the beach and the small alleys of otres beach

The rooms are old, the mattresses are uncomfortable, the pillows are filled with garbage under the bandage (they couldn't sleep on them, they decided to pull out a part of the filler, and inside there were cuts of the brush, rubber sealants, tissue cuts and all that dirt. Apparently, at the production they collected the garbage from the floor and put it in the pillows). Water flows from the air conditioner and he himself is roaring. But there is a large good swimming pool.

Forget about the trip to Sianokville. There's nothing to do there right now.

In Otres Village and what's left of the Chinese real estate fever around it, a long-standing guest house here. 100% Italian cuisine.

I didn 't expect it.

We stayed 10 nights at the end of January 2019.. The hotel is not bad, but the rooms were only liked in the category of Family Bungalow, Bungalo Studio in general quiet horror, although it costs the same $40 as the Family Bungalow. In the family bungalow two huge beds, a small TV, a nice patio in front of the room. The strongest impression is the Italian kitchen at the hotel, everything is really very tasty, most liked by Calzone. The pool is deep and clean, swimming with the stars is very pleasant.

Not bad hotel with good Italian cuisine and lazy staff

Sihanoukville is a construction site now and it's really ugly, garbage everywhere, dirty streets and rubble! The hotel is in a comfortable potion because it's close to a sub-species of the center and it's 1 km from the beach! Beautiful swimming pool and it's the first thing that hit me, the rooms are also hazy but they would need a whitening, the bathroom is really ugly. The 2 Italian boys were very kind and gave us advice, professional to say the least (they are Italian) while the Cambodian girl was all a big bad face and overwhelming, doing as soon as she saw us and taking us around in her language.

Just had lunch here food was fantastic service was super good, anay  was the best specks such good English,made us feel at home as soon as we walked in, would highly recammend this place to anybody passing through

The pizza four cheeses and the spaghetti carbonara were delicious, very good address, card payment possible with 3% extra, pool and terrace very nice, very good price, no need to say more.

Delicious restaurant, quiet atmosphere

I and my family was stay in this hotel a few day ago. The hotel allowed us to early check-in as the room available. And the view of the hotel is very beautiful as our room in front of the pool. Seafood pizza from the restaurant is very amazing that coming with the olive oil of my favorite one. The room is good but could be add more comfortable duvet ( Blanket). Finally i would like to recommend this hotel for the budget hotel in otress II.

Friendly staff and nice pool!

Stayed with family for four days.  Rainy weather and road to resort very muddy.  1 km walk to the beach.  Hotel was ok but not special. Room quite small and not well maintained. Smelly drain in bathroom.

OK but not special

We‘ve spend a few day’s here in Otres. Pappa Pippo is a nice calm and cozy place. The pizza is perfect and the staff is always trying to serve what ever you need. I can really recommend the place and will come back if possible.
