So lets start with the positive, the location is great, and the condo looks really nice when you first enter.  But that's it, once you start looking it was filthy!! We had the two bedroom with a view.  So lets move to the cons:  You get one fob that works your parking and your room, no big deal ,,,right?  Well...wrong, if you have two people going in different places, there is no way for one to get in, also if you leave your fob in the apartment, you can't get up to the room or out of the park-ade.  But that I could overlook, it was the dirtiness, it was horrible!  The one shower was plugged with long black hari  (and I am a blonde), so eeewww, and then the one bed had someone else's hair in it, and the floors of the bathroom were full of dirty and hair, not clean at all!!! The beds were noth hard as rocks with two tiny old pillows that were super lumpy and the one bed didn't have a head borad and you couldn't push it against the wall, which was super strange, your pillows kept falling off the back.  We emptied the garbage bag from the kitchen n the morning, and once the bag was pulled out the garbage bin looked like it had months of old dried up garbage and gum stuck to it.   I stay in a lot of condos and this was by far the filthiest.  Never again, I would not recommend this place, save your money, trust me!

Nothing Suite about these Digs

The suites are exactly as they portray themselves to be with a separate walk-in room with French doors and a large seating area much like a great common room.  The kitchenette is fairly good.  Though a lot of the items seem new, it isn't quite modern yet.  In fact, id say it has a very business environment feel to it.  Hosting a gathering of coworkers or cohorts may be the best use of the space.  As it's off the strip, is say this is probably the best hotel for quick access to the business sector but still within a short walking distance of all the restaurants as pubs.

Large suites

Keynote is actually a very nice & comfortable apartment. My company has put me in a 2 Bedroom Apartment & let me tell you this apartment is very nice. I am on the 21st Floor & the view is simply amazing. The Kitchen is fully equipped & i actually did not need any utensils, it is actually just enough. Very clean & tidy apartment. The Grocery shop is just down the building & also you can use the building's gym & other amenities. to sum it up i would say just tooo good

Comfortable & Very Nice Apartment

This was a lovely 2 bedroom apartment for our family. Extremely close to grocery store and an awesome shopping mall. Priced the same as a local hotel room, but we had a full kitchen and living room area. General manager was great and solved any issue timely. Our teenagers enjoyed exercise room. Big balcony, walk-in mastered room closet and private parking space was nice. Request an apartment facing west for nice trees views and less traffic.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment 

I had a confirmed booking with Roseman and then received an abrupt and rude message - from Sylvia Flores who is the General Manager - close to the time of the booking, that the property had been rented to another customer and was no longer available to me. I was shocked and tried to convince them that this was not the correct or professional way to conduct such bookings.

This was unprofessional and unethical and my calls to them were of no avail. I had to struggle with a last minute booking elsewhere at great cost and inconvenience to me.

Extremely unhelpful and not recommended at all !
