The motel's a little far from downtown, too old with a swirling odor coming out of the bathroom, the bed's old, a little too late by its location the neighborhood is very sorry at night doing nothing to see, but it's fine to spend a little night.

Not a good option.

Booked at the end of the day leaving Ottawa, I thought it was better. In fact, even though I'm giving you a bed to sleep on and a bathroom with hot water, its quality/price ratio is definitely very low.

I'd better get on with it.

I stayed two weeks at this motel. It is quite well located. The service was very good and fast. The size of the room I occupied is enough for one or two people. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The WI-FI system was very efficient throughout my stay. There is a small refrigerator. The quality/price ratio is very good for Gatineau. It is the most economical motel where I stayed in Gatineau. There are a few restaurants nearby.

Very good quality/price ratio and very good service

At $75, what's on offer is enough. It's clean and with minimal amenities. The boulevard is noisy but traffic is quiet at night. The location is not central but not far from Ottawa.

It's a good place to spend a night.

If your priority is to sleep in a quiet, clean and comfortable place without spending a fortune, the Gatineau Motel is perfect.

Comfortable, clean, almost everywhere, more affordable than average

Let's just say it's not worth more than $60 a night. Good service a good welcome but for the rest it's off. No soundproofing. Small and very soft TV. More or less functional boulevard very far past the motel combined with poor soundproofing. Let's say the nights aren't very good. I went there I saw but I'll be back later.

Oh, my God.

Small and cheap motel, and also dirty and old. wood sculpture in bath room started to rotten, and also the tv looks like its has been salvage during the vietnam war. Also I stayed for two days, but the owner didnt make up the bed for second night, and didnt change towels. If someone wants to divorce or break up with spouce or friend, I would recommend this place to start up the fire

Way to waste money

This is a family owned motel. To be honest the family is doing their best to serve their guests. My bad experience was because of a group of travelers who occupied the two rooms next to me. They were so offensive, rude and noisy.  During all my stay they were drunk and sitting just outside my room, playing loud music and talking and laughing loudly till 2 am !  I talked with them and talked with the manager but he couldn't do anything, neither I could !

With respect to sleeping , I can surely say I didn't sleep well these two nights. Speaking of the room it was fine considering that this is a very low budget motel. It was clean, sheets, pillows and towels were clean and smelled good. We asked for more pillows to put on our ears so as not to hear those guys and in few minutes we had them.

The location is Ok, 20 minutes to Ottawa downtown. few minutes to McDonald's and Walmart in Gatineau.

Not sure If I will go back again or not.

Not sure if it was bad luck or I was cheap !

One of the cheapest motels where we slept during our stay, the rooms are still comfortable and clean and breakfast is included in the price.
