I would recommend this lovely basement apartment in Jasper. Beautifully decorated, well equipped kitchen , comfortable bed, great shower. There was an outdoor patio which we enjoyed after returning from a days hiking.. Everything in Jasper was within walking distance. A decent grocery store was two blocks away.

Three Night Stay

This is a beautifully furnished, really comfortable apartment in the basement of a lovely older home in Jasper.  It's fully equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, etc., has a big screen TV for those visiting Jasper who like to watch the telly, and a really comfortable bed.  It's on a very quiet street, three blocks from the main street.  It's not exactly a B&B as there's no breakfast offered, but it's close to a small supermarket, and lots of decent cafes and restaurants if you don't want to cook.  We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Very comfortable and well furnished

Stayed in jasper as part of bc and Rockies tour. John really communicates well and the basement apartment is 10 min stroll from main drag in jasper. Really well thought out layout. Great equipment. Powerful shower, Henkel knives, fab Samsung cooker. Lots of places to eat out but we cooked at home and it was really easy. John v welcoming with lots of local tips if you want them 

Great location, warm welcome and well equipped 

Stayed here for  4 nights, the basement apartment was more than adequate for our needs. It was spacious, clean and comfortable though a washing machine/drier would of been good :) The apartment was in a quiet neighbourhood and walking distance to town. Check in/out was hassle free, Johns recommendations of restaurants were spot on. The Sunhouse Cafe in town is definitely another one to add to the list- great coffee!

Enjoyable Experience

My wife and I stayed here for four nights. What a  comfortable clean basement apartment this is .Within easy walking 
distance of Jasper's amenities. The apartment is tastefully decorated with an ultra comfortable bed and a tremendous power shower. We met John our host a few times who was friendly and helpful re places to eat etc.
Definitely a place to return when you've been out and about all day.
A five star plus from me.

Home from home

We really enjoyed our three nights at the White Brick Inn! The apartment is cozy, very clean and well furnished, the beds are extremely comfortable and the location is central - what more do you want! Our host John was nice and the handling was straightforward. When we get back to Jasper, we'll be happy to come back!

Everything has been wonderful...the house, the owner, the vacation...It's the perfect place to stay.We cleaned the house all day without pedals and in the souvenir shop where he works you get a 15 percent discount.

We stayed two nights at the White Brick Inn, very comfortable, very clean and well furnished. The Raindance shower is top-notch. The location is perfect, the shops in Jasper are within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and would book there anytime.

Great place to stay

Sometimes it takes a while to get an e-mail response from the owner, John. Since John was not in his apartment the day of arrival, we find out why: John is a photographer and most of the time not at home. He lives over the apartment in his house and has a very dear dog, Elsie, who greeted us when we got back down the basement stairs to our accommodation. Elsie always wants to play, we had a lot of fun with her. Since John was not in his apartment the day of arrival, he had sent us an e-mail with the address of his own photo where we left the key. He came by very close to the entrance and introduced himself to a very nice, very nice guest from our hotel room. He asked us if he had left the dining room and breakfast in the morning, and John had a bed to eat, and we had to pay a large price in the supermarket.
