We stayed at Li-Li for two nights in summer 2017, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.  It was just a 10-15 minute walk from the tourist area on Victoria Avenue, and another 5-10 further are the Falls themselves.  Located in a very quiet and safe residential area, a start contrast from the hustle and bustle of the hotels near the Falls.  Beautiful, well maintained older house, and the hosts were friendly and always willing to make sure our stay was pleasant.  Highly recommended!

Great place to stay, and walking distance from the Falls!

My husband and I just loved staying here. Great location to main attractions. Only just a few minute drive down the road. It's located in a quiet little neighborhood close to a park. The owners were awesome. Super friendly and very helpful. Not to mention they make a very tasty breakfast! I highly recommend staying at Li Li's!

Great place to stay, good company!

We recently stayed for 6 nights at this B and B. We generally stay in B and B's on our travels and this gem ranks at the top of the list for comfort, great breakfasts (we never had the same thing twice!) and friendliness. We stayed in the "Rose Room" and slept on the most comfortable four poster king sized bed. The whole house is full of beautiful antique furnishings that exude warmth. Best of all is the hostess, Dina and her daughter, who make you feel so welcome. Within days, we felt like part of the family. Dina not only serves up delicious breakfasts but there is also wine and cold beverages available for guests in the living room. It feels just like home. It is close to all the sights to see in the Niagara area.

My wife and I, along with my parents, recently completed a two night stay at Li-Li B&B.  Our host Dina (along with her family) made our stay absolutely fantastic.  Li-Li B&B is situated about a 10 minute drive east from the Falls (and main tourist areas) in a fairly quiet residential area.  It is a wonderfully maintained older house that is impeccably clean inside.  It is obvious that Dina and co. take great care of this place.  We stayed in the Daisy room (private bathroom across the hall) and my parents stayed in Clover (ensuite bathroom).  Both rooms were clean, comfortable, and private.  Both bathrooms were modern and spotless.

The common area included a very nice living room with period-fashioned but very comfortable furniture with cable TV.  We were delighted with the water, juice, beer, and local wine Dina provided, not to mention lots of coffee.

The breakfasts were phenomenal.  A full spread of individually prepared hot food, which was preceeded by yogurt, muesli, and fruit too.  Hot pastries and baked goods complemented the breakfast.

We didn't use them but saw the multiple bicycles they had on site to borrow and ride.  There was also WiFi which was stable throughout the house.

Overall, it was one of the finest B&Bs we'd ever stayed in, and we've stayed in a lot.  Dina was just a phenomenal host and the place itself was terrific.  Really great company (hello to Sara A. below!) rounded out a nice stay.

If you enjoy a good, full B&B experience, I cannot recommend Li-Li B&B more.

Outstanding B&B in Niagara Falls - just fantastic.

My husband and I came to LiLi for our one year anniversary. Dina and Kathy couldn't have made our stay any more fantastic and memorable! The food was amazing - home made and special vegan meals for my husband! 

We had great conversations at all our breakfasts and we are sad to leave after a 5 day stay. 

We loved how clean, comfortable and well decorated the rooms are. The hosts also decorated our room on the exact date of our anniversary to make the night extra special :) . The common area had tons of drinks to enjoy during the day and I love that you can't wear shoes in the house - so the house is sooo clean. We used the bikes too and rode them to the falls. How romantic! 

We loved it so much that we booked our next stay for October and booked the whole house.

Best B&B Ever!!! Perfect Anniversary Celebration. 

This B&B is undoubtedly one of the best I've ever stayed in. It's a beautiful house, where every detail has been taken care of. The room was spacious, cozy and private. The bed and bathroom were quite comfortable and everything was impeccable. Just what we needed after a day of visiting the waterfalls. It was a real pleasure to meet the owner, Dina, who truly made us feel welcome and at home. She prepared a fresh and delicious breakfast accompanied by excellent quality coffee. No one can expect anything better! Definitely this is an excellent stay option, if you prefer a cozy place rather than hotels. The location was also very good, given that it was like a 5 minute drive from the waterfalls or a 20 minute walk from the great hotels.
