The only thing going for this place is that it is Cheep, there was mold in the bathroom, the curtain and its rod kept falling down, outside light was rite in front of the window and it was really bright in the room the kitchenet was dirty, my wife left her hair flatting iron and we called 2 hours later to tell her (the owner) that and she replayed the the just cleaned the room and did not find such thing. all i can say is you get for what you pay but spend $20 more for a more relaxing weekend.

Stay from hell

No one replied to the voice message I left, requesting rates for the rooms.
A few days later,  I tried to make a reservation online and got an error message that the url address was incorrect and that the owner needed to change it.
I then made a phone call. This time someone did answer. He said he was not at a computer but took my phone number and said he would call me back. He never did.
I was disappointed as I wanted to stay at this motel but it seems they didn't need or want my business.

Review based on customer service only, not accommodation

The room listings on Booking.com are misleading.  The "Queen" room is shown as containing many features that are only available to a few higher-priced rooms that must be booked directly.  Thus, our room did not have the promised kitchenette with kettle, utensils etc.  When questioned about this the owner said it was an inadequacy of the Booking.com system, but was not apologetic.  So, unfortunately this has not put me in a good frame of mind.  Mattresses were tired and the room was not cleaned between nights on a two-night stay.   Had to request a refill of the two paper coffee cups and soap and shampoo.   WIFI had poor reception.  Really, the only good thing to say about the hotel was that the small fridge worked well (very cold!) and there were a lot of satellite channels available on the TV.

Inaccurate booking details

This was a one nighter for us. We did not use the stove, microwave, coffee maker or fridge. All were clean as was the room. It is dated but efficient. The location is good as you can walk everywhere in the village. Plus the price was right.

Expectations met

The room was clean, newly and nicely painted, clean bathroom, with comfortable bed, sofa, kitchenette, table and chairs.The A/C worked well and was reasonably quiet.  It is a comfortable walk to the shops in the village. The motel was comparable to the better low cost chains but at a better price. The manager (perhaps owner?) and his wife are on site. We would stay here again.

Clean, quiet and everything works!

Stayed one night here. Simple older motel , spotless clean and very accommodating managers. Great location, close to downtown with picnic table on the grass and chairs and table outside each door. Small fridge, microwave and coffee maker, table big enough to eat at. Altogether a good inexpensive place to stay for one or two nights

Clean, comfy beds

The room I stayed in was dirty, smelly, there was mold in the bathroom and around the window seal, I opened the bathroom window and got a handful of cobwebs and dead bugs.  The light fixture in the room is full of dead bugs, the carpet is filthy and even the TV card was dirty and sticky.  The only good thing about the room was that I was able to leave and I know will never go back even if they say I could stay for free.

Dirty and unkept

This is the first time we stayed in Westport Village overnight. Motel is situated on the site of old Railway Station, therefore the name.
Very unassuming, but clean and comfortable. If you only need to stay overnight, it is a good place and unexpensive.
